City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Montana

I have been a loyal customer to City Brew across the state and will likely never return to one again due to the service we have received. We came to this same location awhile ago and had terrible service and waited around 20 minutes for our drinks, but decided to try it again today. Myself and one other person ordered two drinks and a bagel. After around 20 minutes, they finally handed us our bagel after forgetting about it. We continued to wait and wait for our drinks for over an hour. Anytime someone in the drive through came through, the entire inside had to wait for the drive through orders to be fulfilled.We had to go up and tell the cashier again what we ordered and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes after telling him what we ordered. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait over an hour for coffee and no offer of a refund or an apology for making us wait so long was offered. I stop by here every morning on my way to work and 4/5 days my drink is incorrect or my food is wrong and I have to have them fix it. They won’t use non dairy milk 1/4 of the time after being asked and I am to discover this mistake half way through the drink and sent to the bathroom most of the day because I’m lactose intolerant. The wait is way to long they are always out of stock on things. And I’ve had to stop getting a certain drink because they half blend it and I get ice chips stuck in my straw with every sip. There is one drive thru gal who knows what’s up and has spoken up for me about my order being wrong as I went back in and the employees started arguing with me about it being incorrect. Three. We were a party of three and we each got a hot beverage and a pastry. The hot beverages came out in a timely manner, but we sat for a long time and waited for our pastries and they never arrived. My wife went back up to the counter to ask about our pastries and all of the young ladies working looked at each other like they expected somebody else to do it. Additionally, my wife asked for her banana bread to be warmed up, and instead of warming hers, they warmed up my cheese Danish, and a cheese danish warmed up is not a good cheese. Danish. There were no utensils available for us to eat our pastries. There were also no napkins available anywhere in the establishment. Moreover, there was no toilet paper whatsoever in the ladies room.
