Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Montebello

I normally love going to this location. The employees are always super friendly when I walk in. The pizza is delicious and their bread has it's days on being fresh or being hard. Well, last night I went and got a pizza and when I got home I noticed that it was burnt and extra thin. I ordered the normal $5 pizza. So I was a little bummed because I've never had an issue. I tried to eat a slice, and I couldn't. It was just rock hard from being burnt or in their hot box too long. It honestly tasted like cardboard. I just called and spoke to their manager and all he could say was sorry about that what do you want me to do? First of all as a manager that is not how you handle the situation, and secondly there was no reason to be rude about it. I will not be returning to this location again. Make sure you check your pizza before leaving the location just so you dont get stuck with a burnt pizza or ask for a fresh one...

Honestly the worst service u can have they hire the worst incompetent immature people I bought food for my family and I was disappointed we literally pay to get insulted shame to the manager to let this happen. If u choose the waste your money here go ahead I would choose somewhere else worth my money, it took us 25 min to wait for no reason the pizza was cold the wings were dry and cheesy bread cold plus to add insult to injury gave me the wrong ranch on purpose I hope you fire the retarded guy in the front there can be 20 people waiting in the front and all the food getting cold in the back. Makes no sense if he dont want him work then fire him there's immigrants ready to work hard for a job to feed...

If I could give it zero stars, that's what this place deserves. I ordered pick up 4 thin crust pizzas, finished the first box. About to start the next box when I open it almost half is missing. I called and spoke to a supervisor but all he said was to take the pizza back. I asked for a refund on that 1 pizza that was only half a pizza. I wrote to corporate. This is unacceptable! I did not feel safe for my family to eat the rest of the other 3 pizzas since it was tampered with. So 3 pizzas were just thrown away which were paid for. Check your pizzas before you...
