Horrible Experience!!! Purchased sandwiches late Thursday. Ate 1 sandwich & bread was flaking & crumbling with each bite leaving bread flakes covering entire plate. Had not experienced prior to this visit. Spinach was wilted & pickles looked days old. Also strange odor coming from sandwich (#11 Club). Unsure if odor was from veggies or meats? By late evening I became sick to my stomach with frequent runs to the restroom all night long as well as most of Friday. I placed 2 calls Friday 7/18 requesting to speak with Mgr but seemed to be getting the run around. Learned the "Owners name is Rosa". I later found out that 1 of my calls on Friday was actually with "A 2nd Owner by the name of Art". I tried explaining my issue & he was so dismissive & argumentative claiming that bread is baked fresh every morning & veggies kept fresh all day! By no means was this my 1st Subway sandwich so pretty sure I can tell the difference between a fresh sandwich vs 1 that is NOT! After 3 left messages now with zero return calls, I have since reported this location to Subway Corporate. So disappointing that owners refused to take any responsibility for serving unsafe food. There was only one lady in front of me & 2 employees, at first I thought it was taking long because of the language barrier but no when the worker Jose was helping me out he couldn't hear or understand me & I talk english, he asked about 5 times what kind of sandwich I wanted & I said it polite every time & he still kept asking, again & again. I thought maybe I'm talking quietly but then the lady behind me told him her order & I heard her perfectly say about 3 times she wanted tuna & he goes "what?? Just cheese??" And only put cheese on her sandwich and she told him again I want tuna and he's like do you want any meat? She already had said tuna a bunch of times! If he really can't hear sorry he shouldn't be working there! then the girl working (didn't get her name) finally was ringing up the lady infront of me & they said they had no change to give her for a 20 ???? Like what ??? They just wanted to be rude . poor lady barely even...
   Read moreOne of the worst experiences I've had with Subway. First red flag there was only one person handling everything nobody else was working but one person. She seemed lost and confused, she made the sandwiches very mediocre with lots of Mayonnaise. There were hardly any pickles left and she didn't bother to get more from the back so I had just 3 pickles in my sandwich.
She also tried to over charge me on two sandwiches. She rang my total to $39 for 2 foot longs and one 6" once I brought up the price she corrected it. She was overcharging me $6 dollars, I also asked for my receipt and she tried to throw it away.
Definitely not a good experience. Will never be back to this...
