Yahooz Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Montello

I've been frequenting Yahooz since I moved to Montello in 98. This Bar and Grill has wonderful food (the grill is always open no matter what time of day or night- big +), great drink prices and currently has some of the best bartenders around. Not to mention biker friendly as well as all the major sports on the multiple TV's. Just like any place over the years changes occur to make the place better and I think the owner is doing just that. If you been there before and still have mixed emotions "Please" stop in again and you won't be disappointed. My favorite thing on the menu is the Mushroom Swiss and Yahooz Fries a must have when visiting Montello. Help keep our local businesses alive, stop in and say hi and tell them Old lady...

We don't do roadtrips like we used to, but we never miss a chance to go to Yahooz in Montello. Holly and Jeff are a riot. You'll be involved in conversations as soon as you walk through the door. Holly cooks up fantastic food and what impresses us most is the Homemade items. From tomato juice, to pickles to horsey sauce. They know how to please. We couldn't finish our generous proportions and Jeff even kindly wrapped everything to go. Not just a box...but wrapped separately. Winner winner. We love this place. A second Yahooz in our town...

While they do have a nice front facade, they changed the biggest TV in the place from the Badger vs. Ohio State game to the Cubs to accommodate a couple people instead of using one of the smaller ones on the wall. The food took about 45 minutes to get out to us, and the crowd in the place wasn't very desirable. However, in spite all of that the food was really good, and the staff were nice. Perhaps I just caught it on a bad night, so I might have to stop back in sometime when there isn't an...
