My family and I actually thought this was going to be a good eatery to come and enjoy a meal every blue moon, but these moons have been very unpleasant and dark.
The customer service is horrible. We do not ask the employees to apply for a job at these companies but they treat the customers as if we force them to work.
The food has not been very pleasant. I will say the two mornings I have stopped before going to work, the chicken biscuit was good but the tots were awful. No seasoning, greasy, fried too long.
Lunch or evening visits, fries are horrible!!!! Served cold, no seasoning, or not cooked all the way. My family and I have received uncooked fries a couple of times. The wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous. We have waited 45 minutes a few times which is absurd because the eatery really is not receiving that much business.
Upper management really needs to go in and monitor this business before it lose a lot more customers than what it already has.
I will say, the Jacks in Hawkinsville is by far the best one my family and I have visited. We will go there before we go back to the one here...
Read moreAlright Jack, let’s cut to the chase your burgers? Dry. I’m talkin’ desert-level dry. Like, I took one bite and suddenly needed chapstick and a glass of water. Where’s the seasoning? Where’s the juice? Where’s the flavor? That burger was out here doing a disappearing act on my taste buds.
That’s why I don’t even bother with them anymore. I treat those burgers like a toxic ex!! I see them, I nod, and I keep it moving.
Now, the rest of the menu? Y’all kinda snap with that. Everything else I’ve tried has been solid, and the fries? Listen. The fries are the Beyoncé of your menu. Golden, crispy, flawless. I’d write them a love letter if I could.
And shoutout to the crew your service is on point. Quick, friendly, and they don’t play around. But can we talk about that whole “pull up and wait” thing? I know it’s only a couple minutes, but something about being told to park makes me feel like I’m in fast food timeout. Still, at least I don’t have to wait long.
All in all, Jack, you’ve got the vibe just please rescue your burgers from the dry side. They deserve better. We...
Read moreWell the first time I tried it I had a 2 ft long hair inside my cup. I decided to come over here since the McDonald's line was full and I've been sitting here for about 15 minutes total. The first six or seven I was on the outside Lane of the drive-thru which apparently isn't used so I'm not really sure why it's open. So then when I backed up and pulled in behind the car that came up after I did they told me to wait and I'm like I've been waiting this entire time. It's not even busy here. There was only one car in the drive through when I pulled up and then the second one came in front of me and there's not anyone eating inside either so I'm not really sure what the holdup is. Edit: maybe they were cooking the food but no it's cold. And I ordered cheeseburgers and only mayonnaise and I got one that was right but the other one had ketchup on it and they didn't even know what my order was at the window. This is actually worse than McDonald's. The people inside were just kind of standing around. Not any any kind of hurry whatsoever. Also the bun is hard. I'm not...
