This by far is the worst subway I have ever visited.
The guy who claims to be the manager is never dressed by subway policy. He has on shorts that are way too big for him to be a big guy. Hardly ever wears the company shirt. His shorts are falling from his waist exposing the rim of his bottom. Wears a scarf on his head instead of the provided Subway hat, and fingernails are long and dirty. So disgusting!!!
Why would I want someone who does not seem to care about themselves and others fixing food for myself or my family. When I see that he is preparing the food, I do not order. Also when he works, every time we visit he is out of something. Why have the dressing bottles in the bin if you do not have the item available. I honestly believe that he is just too lazy to restock items.
Some of the other few employees, two to be exact, that are employed at this store, I will let fix my food. My family and I notices the difference when someone who cares prepares the food.
It seems as if this Subway and a few others I have visited are privately owned not corporate because of the way the employees dress and their hygiene. I have been to few where the employees wear the required attire for the restaurant (company issued shirt and hat with black pants) and some with their everyday clothes on, with a scarf or bonnet on their heads. Really!!??!!
This particular Subway needs corporate to come in and make some serious changes or monitor the staff to correct their behavior. No customer wants to except good but receives bad and not...
Read moreSo I arrived here at 10:45 in the morning to get a sandwich. There's a gentleman behind the calendar who is on his second day here. He has no one helping him. He has no clue what goes in a sandwich and what doesn't. I basically had to help him build the whole sandwich and when he got done he piled mayonnaise on top of it which went all over the paper when he wrapped it. So I had no mail on my sandwich when I went to eat it and then I went to get my drink and there's no lids. Nothing is stocked. Just a really frustrating experience Management needs to do a better job of training...
Read moreOn the 9th of February 24, we came in way before closing, and the lady that was working was super rude and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in, she immediately said she was closed, but was waiting on other people. Lights were completely off but as I said, she was still waiting on customers.....everybody except us. We spend too much money to be treated as such. We will NEVER patronize this business again. And I will be sure to let my colleagues know as well about the service rendered. Smh.....hard to find good help...
