Saucy Samosa: This was the star of all the dishes I tried. Potato stuffed mini Samosas, with tangy indo-Chinese style sauces. The flavors were awesome, but the best part was the potato stuffing, something in the aloo masala that had been bowled over. Must try!
Spicy Potato Fries: Crispy fries: I generally am not a big fan of fries! But these, were the best flavors Iâve had in a long time, that was not truffle fries! Crispy, spicy and soft inside. Highly recommended
Crispy Noodles with Soy Garlic Sauce: I was looking forward to this particular dish, and it delivered! I love spicy, but since we had already ordered the spicy started, we chose to try the this with the Soy Garlic based sauce on the hosts recomendation. Loved how the crispiness and the flavors were blended together! Went really well after the starters we had ordered!
Hakka noodles: This was the other highlight for me, probably because the sauce in which it was prepared was so good!! I now have to come back to try crispy noodles with the same chilli gravy
Strawberry Cucumber Cooler: This is something everyone should have in their menu! Awesome blend of flavors of course, but the best part were the popping Pearls! I loved the concept and the choices of the blends! The pears pop with awesome flavors! I can see parents making the trip to this place just because Kids want to have this drink! I would go to this place for this drink!
Ambience: ++ Wide restaurant front with large glasses. Gives a very open and airy feel to the place. Unlike a lot of Indian restaurants, interiors are tastefully done, feels fresh and inviting. A place you would want to come to feel good, just casually, or even to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and for family lunches, dinners and get togethers, to enjoy the Authentic Chinese food from back home ;)
This is definitely going to be on my list of favourite restaurants! Definitely visiting again and enjoying the other dishes...
Read moreLet me tell you, my recent lunch at this Indo-Chinese restaurant was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a refreshing sense of efficiency and warmth. The staff were incredibly prompt and attentive, making sure our every need was met without being intrusive â a true testament to well-trained service.
But let's talk about the star of the show: the food! The Indo-Chinese dishes were simply bursting with flavor. Each bite was a perfect harmony of familiar Indian spices and the exciting zest of Chinese cooking techniques. We savored every morsel, from the perfectly spiced Manchurian to the flavorful Schezwan noodles. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the dishes were clearly prepared with care and authenticity.
What truly set this place apart, however, was the remarkable level of cleanliness. It's not often you walk into an Indian restaurant and find such meticulous attention to hygiene. The dining area was spotless, the counter gleamed, and even a peek towards the kitchen revealed a well-organized and clean workspace. And the toilets? Impeccably maintained â a detail that often goes unnoticed but speaks volumes about the overall standards of the establishment.
Honestly, our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10 across the board. Delicious food, lightning-fast service, efficient and friendly staff, and a level of cleanliness that is truly commendable. This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on my list of must-visit eateries. If you're craving authentic and delicious Indo-Chinese cuisine in a spotless environment,...

My recent visit to Wok Like a Desi was an absolute pleasure, especially as a vegetarian. Finding a restaurant with such a diverse and delicious array of vegetarian Indo-Chinese options is a real treat, and this place truly delivers.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spacious dining area and the quick, efficient service. We went as a group of nine, a blend of kids and adults, and it worked out incredibly well; the service remained remarkably swift despite our large party. We never felt rushed, but our orders arrived promptly, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal.
We started with a fantastic selection of appetizers, and they certainly set the bar high. The soups, dumplings, and spring rolls were all excellent, fresh, and bursting with flavor. For our main courses, the Hakka noodles, fried rice, and both the vegetarian and gobi Manchurian were outstanding. Each dish was perfectly prepared, and we especially appreciated how the restaurant customized the spice level to our preferences.
Overall, Wok Like a Desi offers a wonderful dining experience for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. With its extensive menu, excellent service, and delicious food, it's a place we'll definitely be...
