Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Montgomery

I was in town for work. Got off about 8pm and was searching for something quick to grab, decided Church's chicken was my choice for dinner. Got to the drive thru, the girl taking orders-super unprofessional. She said the chicken was going to be a 16 minute wait. I asked, Okay, how about the chicken tenders? She said 6 minutes. Okay, well I'll order the 5 piece tender combo, with fried Okra and sweet tea. One car was in front of me but they pulled off and I'm the only one sitting at window. Young lady took my payment, she did not sound like the person who took my order at all. After paying I sat there for at least 15 mins. At this point maybe 2 or 3 cars are behind me. I get my order and I saw the Okra was super hot n fresh. I didn't open the box, while driving I ate my Okra. Arrived at hotel, sat down to eat tenders, thinking they were hot n fresh too...and absolutely the complete opposite! Tenders were not even WARM. They were the temperature as of THE DAY BEFORE. They were not even cooked all the way, just horrible. Pissed off because my hotel is no where near Church's to even bring it back and was tired. I do not recommend any fast food in this area. The only place I went to that was surprisingly good was Jimmy John on Narrow Road. But I could have went on and ordered the chicken with the amount of time I waited for non-fresh, cold chicken tenders....

Well, when you order a large on everything and you don’t even get a half of a container full of coleslaw and you get a small french fry and a small okra when you paid for a large you’d get very mad too. The only thing that was right was chicken. I was very upset and disappointed because I love churches chickens and I love their sides and I ordered extra and I paid $60 for our meal last nightand they screwed us over to the point where I was very upset. I tried calling and nobody would answer so the best thing is post on here. Do not stop at this one at all. The service sucks. They were too busy on the phone and talking to guys instead of doing their jobs. and honestly, I will not even go to the store, but they don’t have that option. Do not...

I bought a family meal tonight at this location I called back to let them know that my food was old and cold, the young lady put whoever was in charge on the phone, the manager got on the phone with no customer service whatsoever she told me in a very unfriendly way to call back tomorrow and bring the food back with the receipt and talk to the GM speaking very fast and unprofessional and then she hangs up the phone in my face, I tried to call her back to bring the food back then, and she wouldn't answer the phone.....Very unprofessional again. Todays date is 10/23/2022. The time I called was about 8:00 . I hope the right person gets this because she needs to be trained again, and needs a class or two on customer...
