I place my order online and came 20 to 30 minutes later the pick it up as it said when it would be available. By the time I got there my name on the board said that it was still cooking. Well it should have been done. So I waited another 15 more minutes before it got to the end of the process where is said the piece of was being cut. However trying to find out the ran out of dough sometime ago. And so all the orders that were coming through, none of the customers were getting any pizza at all. So after waiting all that time for nothing I went home empty-handed. I understand it was nothing that they could do about running out of dough when the doough was not ordered or shipped in/delivered. However the manager on duty should have informed all of the people waiting in the lobby that they're pizza was not getting made and couldn't be made. Or at least give us other options othen than pizza. Or complementary wings or something. But instead the cashier, the young child, at the front kept yelling the same thing back "where is this pizza and that pizza". And then the cook will yell back "we don't have any or there's no more dough, I just told you that". Even though many people have paid for it already online but somehow by them being out of dough the orders kept coming through. I'm not sure if there's any way to cut off the ordering system so that way the orders could not go through. At 7:38, I called Pizza Hut to check on the status of the delivery since it was 30 minutes late. After checking, I was advised that there was a delay in delivery, and the driver would be back in in 5 Minutes, and would deliver shortly. At 7:50 PM, a call was received from Pizza Hut, stating that they would have to re-make my Pizza I inquired about the estimated time to prepare Pizza, and was told 30 Minutes. The delivery time would be close to 9:00, IF, they were truthful. This would be a tome span of 3hrs, waiting on a Pizza. I expressed my dissapointment with the business, explaining that this is not the type service that I have received in the past. I cancelled the order, because based on the response by the staff, I did not have confidence that the order would be timely. I order a large 3 topping pizza like I always do they charged me $33.21 so see if wasn't being ripped off I ordered a pizza from a different store which charged $12.09. I call the store and customer service I spoke with the young man at the Pizza Hut call center he saw where they over charged me but claimed he couldn't do nothing about it so then I called customer service where the lady stated that she would forward my ticket to upper management where I heard anything from anybody yet.
