On Saturday around 1:00pm, I visited the Krystal restaurant, referenced in the subject line, via drive through. I was already pressed for time because I was on my way to catch a flight out of Montgomery. Where I currently reside, there isn't a Krystal or a White Castle, therefore, I try my best to stop at one of these locations (mainly Krystal) when I am out of town.
Well, my family members and I went through the drive through. There was a female employee working drive through. She wasn't pleasant at all. AT ALL. From the moment we arrived, she was the rudest individual, snappy, grumpy, passive aggressive. We would ask about a particular combo and instead of stating that it does not come in a combo her reply was something of, "You don't see a combo for that do you?" Or when we began to talk she would cut us off. Or respond with yea or no. It was brutal. Or, we don't have that or she would just get loud. We were absolutely amazed at how she acted. She then tell us to hold on. We waited there for a while until she would return. We heard something that was said. My aunt kept saying hello...hello..hello. No type of response. We proceeded to go directly to the drive-through and to our surprise she was with a customer in a car. That means that she heard us and didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Anyway, we told her that we thought she said something and that we wanted to proceed with the order. She responded no, what did you hear why would I say something when I told you to hold? We remained polite. My aunt stated that we already ordered this and that and we'd like to add some things. Mind you, the drive through wait was already long. She then had the nerves to repeat our order and responded with, you can't order at the window. You need to get back in line if you want food from us. My family and I looked at eachother and droved off. She didn't say hello when we arrived to the window. We explained to her we were having issues hearing her. My family and I tried to kill her with kindness and that just made her more arrogant. I didn't get her name but she was of dark brown, wearing a grey short bob, more like a wig and and brown contacts.
To make matters worse, I missed my flight check in by five minutes This experience was very troubling and it makes your store look bad. Her appearance was even unsettling. I missed my flight for someone who was an actual unprofessional person with no care in the world. What gets me is that she looked old enough to be someone's grandmother. Now, it is from my understanding that she is a manager. Terrible terrible terrible. I normally let things like this go but her demeanor was sooooooooooooo unprofessional that I said, nope, I am not letting...
Read moreWe just went there about 10 mins ago. We went in to order our food to go. There was a gentleman in front of us who ordered and then we stepped up and waited quietly because the lady at the register was talking about a personal matter on her cellphone. She then gives us a dirty look and says “well I’m waiting?” I said, “are you ready for our order?” And she said yes and took the order. The entire time while counting her personal phone call. She then instructed me to pay and I did so and stepped over to wait on our food. Then a man comes to the register and she goes to the back to prepare food. He calls the guy before us up to the register and tells him he needs to pay and he says “I already paid.” And the man behind the register says very loudly “no you didn’t, the payment declined.” And the man responds to him that no it didn’t. And they argue for a second before the man pays again and goes and sits down. He then calls us back up and says the same thing. I said “I did just pay and it charged my card” and showed him the approval notification on my phone. He argues with me and says that I didn’t and that I need to pay again and that they didn’t even try to charge my card which is clearly untrue since I already had the card notification. I again paid and got another approval notification and I showed him that they were 2 mins apart and both said approved and he continued to argue with me and then called me rude for questioning and that I was being disrespectful. He was completely gas lighting me and then he says “hold on” and walks back to the register and seconds later I got another notification that they charged my card again. He then tells back to the lady in the back “hurry up and get this lady her food so she can get out of here being disrespectful.” So, needless to say it was not a good experience and I now have three charges to my card. I went to Krystal’s at this Address on November 29th 2021 at 10:00am in the morning. I ordered food for me and my wife. The lady brings out food to the window and we tell her when she gives us the food that it’s food missing and the food is made wrong. She starts telling us in a RUDE way that they’re not able to give us extras because of the shortage they don’t have extras (So we have to take what they give us) and the whole time I’m like MA’AM I just want the right Food and my food that’s missing!
