This place has one of the worst customer service people working there. First, I wait 10 minutes, before anyone even acknowledges me through the drive through. I give my order, and ask for a slushie, I'm told the machine is down. I'm not asked if I would like something else, I'm just shooed away told my total and to pull forward. Once at the window, i ask what happened to the slushie machine. Considering I wanted to try the new slushie, the girl at the window, just ignored me, and continue with telling me my order. (Under my presumption I assume they were to lazy to start it up considering it was 45 min. Before there closing time.) Once the young lady at the window gave me my card back, she then said we are out of receipt paper. Which with my business we have to show and account for every penny spent with our company credit cards. There was no rush to try and replace the paper that was in the back, just that it was out in the machine in the drive thru. I pull up at the 2nd window, and the lady tries to hand me an order that wasn't even mine. She then says, "what did you have?" I feel as though if I have to tell you at the 2nd window I shouldn't have had to place my order from the get go, I should have waited to get to the window. So, i get pulled up, because of course they didnt put my order in the system. As I'm waiting the car behind me I guess dissatisfied with service, drove off. I wait so long, I decide to get out my car and see if they possibly forgot about me. I get my food, and guess what I discover my fries are hot yes, but they are not cooked all the way through. The people here are horrible. I will NEVER stop back in this place ever again, I'd rather be starving and drive across town before they ever see me step foot in that particular establishment. Read moreI posted 1 star, because you have to, and I actually did get something to eat...The crew they have working there now is slow, in more ways than one. I eat there a lot, its close to the job. This Morning, it wasn't busy at all. I pull up, order the usual, #2 combo and a bottled water. I knew the total was wrong, it should be more. I pull up to the 1st window, the young lady is very polite, She repeats my order and says $4.82. I tell her, she didn't charge me for the bottled water, it should be more, by a dollar. I hand her $6 bucks. She hands me back the $1 and the change out of the $5... OK I tried to give you more money, I pull up, That lady is stressed, she repeats my order, hands me the water, then my bag of food, I'm pulling off and I can tell its light. I look in the bag. The Mcmuffin isn't even in the wrapper anymore, but loose, top and egg are off by themselves, and no hashbrowns. I ordered a combo... Lucky for me, there's no one behind me, I pull back around and tell them the problem, and I'm looked at like I came from another planet. The lady at the second window actually looked me up and down... So, to summarize. You give slow, inconsistent customer service, the product you sell is prepared and served to the PAYING customer in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. The order that I paid cash for and have a receipt for is incorrect and I have to go through the process again, only to be treated like I'm inconveniencing you !? And for this, you think you deserve a higher wage? With the attitude you have towards your customers, you're stuck. You'll never be anything else but a fast food worker, making minimum...
Read moreToday at about 10:19AM, I placed a simple order of two steak, egg, and cheese English muffins via the MCDONALD’s app itself (KEY FACTOR HERE). I arrive to pick up my order and to begin with NO ONE was at the counter (which seems to be a regular thing nowadays), mind you the order is “mobile” for ONLY TWO sandwiches meaning the order should’ve been ready already, however it took someone at least 15mins to address me and the long line behind me and by this time because they hadn’t made my order or checked to see if I was there, my order was cancelled by the general manager there today while I was literally waiting IN LINE to pick it up. I left work to come pick up the order that was never made. THIS WAS NOT A DOORDASH, this was my personal order thru the McDonald’s app. I explained how I had been waiting before breakfast ended due to staff not tending the front counter to be inconvenienced and not even accommodated in any way for wasting my time and money (gas) for coming to get something ALREADY PAID for to not have be able to receive it. The general manager gave every excuse as to why my sandwich wasn’t made and her cancelling my order. I just ordered yesterday around the same time with NO ISSUE. Now today I needed “codes” and “pins” and to “check-in”. I RARELY eat McDonald’s and this is the BS service I have to experience. I’ll definitely be call corporate.
