Pizza Perfect — Restaurant in Montgomery

I drove from Prattville to eat lunch here, wow what a disappointment! On a Friday at 12:15 and they were COMPLETELY out of clean glasses nor did they have ANY to go cups. Half way through my meal another customer informed me they have glasses available now. I go to get drinks and they are COMPLETELY out of ice 🤷🏼‍♀️ - FIRST & LAST visit! No I would not recommend ⭐️

*November 18, 2022 Misleading hours - Why post buffet hours if you don’t have BUFFET available?? For some reason we decided to try Pizza Perfect once more.. Paid the lady for two adult buffets at 1:00 that included half of a left over dried out pineapple pizza and couple slices of thin crust cheese pizza on the bar. Thinking if we started our salad they would put more pizza out - WRONG! After eating part of my salad I ask when will pizza be out and was told “oh the buffet is over” My comment was if it was ending in 10 minutes why take our money?? The lady then acted all confused and ask who took my order, then told us the manager would issue a refund, however the manager offered a “partial credit” because we had ate part of our salad and had two sips of our drink…I kindly told him no thanks it was worth the lesson. Went in for the lunch buffet. None of the pizza was very good, let alone perfect. The spaghetti was the only thing that was better than expected, but that's not saying much. They're very stingy with the toppings. They aren't big slices which is pretty standard for buffets, but only one piece of sausage or one pepperoni per slice is a struggle. Pizza selection was slacking too.

Now for the price. I know on some days the buffet is cheaper but I went in one a day where it wasn't. 13 bucks or so for this was ridiculous. I could have just bought a 9 dollar Sam's club pizza and had a better pizza and taken some home with me.

I went in right at lunch so I knew it was going to be busy. And there were a lot of people coming and going. They had one second of seating that was blocked off, that they opened later on. I got lucky and grabbed the last open table but I saw others looking around for a place to sit. There were a few tables that hadn't been cleaned off as well.

Our first visit here after several recommendations from friends. Pleasantly surprised by how many choices were available on the pizza buffet! Plus, they will make any type of pizza you desire. They had thin, regular, & thick crusts. Delicious! Salad bar had a good selection of veggies. Price includes drink & dessert also. Three different rooms for seating. Staff is very friendly, price is reasonable, & military discount available with military ID. Will definitely return! 5 years later, still have same great opinions of Pizza Perfect! These are some hard working folks. Only complaint is the young man who takes your money. Would be nice if he smiled & greeted customers rather than looking bored & acting like we are disturbing him to take our money. He borders on rude & is a terrible representative of this business. He obviously doesn't want to be there. Has no people skills--have never heard him...
