My family has been going to San Marcos in Pike Road since it opened. It has always been a positive experience. We eat there every week. Tonight, we went there for dinner. When I received my food, I noticed after a few bites that there was a hair on my plate. I told the waiter, and he removed the plate; I did not want a replacement. A few minutes later, the manager came to our table with the hair in his hand, held the hair up, and told us he had walked around holding the hair up to his employees and it did not belong to any of them, and then he said it looked like my husband's hair. We were both completely shocked! I let the manager know that this was horrific customer service - to accuse long-standing customers of doing something like that. I was so upset that I cried. And it was completely wrong of him to bring the hair back to our table; that was the most absurd part of the whole experience. We did not ask for a discount, and we paid for my husband's meal and drink, and we tipped; we simply expected to be treated in a kind and professional manner. The waitress who took our order wasnāt the one who brought it to our table and we didnāt have another visit by our waitress or anyone else until she brought the check. I had finished my drink about 10 minutes before that but we were only offered drink refills to go when the check was presented. This made us feel pressured to leave. We couldnāt get more napkins or drink refills during our meal and the takeout drinks were smaller than usual. I didnāt request that my order be corrected because we had already had a long and tiring day and we just wanted to finish and go home. If this had been our first visit, I doubt that we would go back. I hope our future visits are up to the usual high standards rather than a repeat...

At least 15 mins. It about 25-30 mins for our food to come out. The food wasnāt hot. No one came to check if we needed anything. There were people around us who got their food quickly. Extra napkins which we were not given. No asked if we were satisfied with the food. No one asked if we needed a refill. This was honestly the one of the worst experiences Iāve had at restaurant. Iāll never return here. I felt so looked over at this place. I was only here for a few. It was the closet thing to eat. I definitely should have went further out to get food.
