I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Josh, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If there’s a limit on toppings, especially vegetables like olives, it should be clearly posted for customers to see. When I asked for extra olives, he became loud and disrespectful, claiming he had already given me “100 olives”—which is hard to believe, especially since I only ordered a 6-inch and a flatbread.
I ultimately told him to keep the food because I wasn’t being treated fairly or getting what I asked for. I’ve never had an issue like this before, and I can’t help but feel the situation may have been racially motivated, as I’ve always had respectful service from other staff members of color. Read moreHow long I’ve been coming to this subway and today everything went to hell I always order pizzas and every time I ordered them they doing excellent but today this guy never seen before sweating making my pizza told him I wasn’t done with it and next thing you know I got at least 2 tablespoons of oregano which is strong and now the guy I guess is a Mgr didn’t try to make it over instead he wanna argue with me about my food I paid for talking about I’m cussing me and his staff and not one curse word came out my mouth but the problem didn’t get solved until his mother came out and fixed the situation I will not go back again you lost this customer and stop sweating all over the food

We are traveling to Alabama on Friday, April 4th and contacted several Subways and no one, I mean, no one answered the phone from Friday until today when Josh picked up the phone.
