I actually prefer this subway over all of the subways in the area. Most of the employees here are friendly and helpful. If you have questions, they have answers. They are patient, willing and ready to serve you and they don't attempt to rush your decision. They also give pointers on toppings based on what they had and enjoyed. As well, if they don't like a sauce they'll say so but also offer the opinions of others. I only have 2 problems with this place, 1 they are S-L-O-W and 2 there is an older Caucasian gentleman that gets in the way that trys to have a part in everything happening at the same time and he is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY annoying. I have seen his fellow employees work along side him and they do a great job of not being bothered by him but I usually leave if he's in there because he ruins my experience every single time. He interferes with service, he's loud, he interrupts conversations and if he has served you he attempts to tell you what you want on your sandwich which is truly annoying because you end up saying things like, "No not today," and that opens the floor for him to talk more and that slows the sub making process. I visit this location before I visit any other location. Yes, this location is a bit out of the way for me but I'll travel for gre at service. I have been at a light near a subway and traveled to this location instead of turning into the subway I was near because of their service. I'd refer any and everyone to this location but stay clear of the older Caucasian gentleman, I think he tries to be friendly but he's really annoying and rude. Read moreThe containers with all of the meats, cheeses, and veggie options should be changed out every so often as to avoid the possibility of frost bite. The cleanliness of the establishment itself is horrible and they have ants and flies all inside the store. Therefore providing a less than appropriate dining experience. When I voiced my concerns to the employees attention he decided to get an ugly attitude and began to try to argue with me. He said that he works there every day and he "knows" that everything is "properly maintained" according to code. He could not have been more wrong. I will NEVER eat at this Subway establishment EVER AGAIN! And I urge everyone else in the North BLVD Montgomery AL area to do the same. Read moreMade a mistake on order on pick up time and went to store to inform them like app stated due to couldn’t make correction on it. Worst experience ever. Gentleman tried to assist but coworker told him not to keep calling Tiffany for everything and wasn’t nothing can be done. I stated I would by a sandwich and request a refund for mobile order. Lady stated no because app should let you cancel order for refund not us. They both stated no manager was there in the store and call another location. Gentleman tried to still assist me but she told him stop and ring up the customer who came behind me. Called the number he gave they was confused of why I was calling there and they was busy was on hold for 10minutes and basically wasted entire lunch. This occurred at 225pm-243pm.
