I placed an online order for a mixed berry greek yogurt bowl today, 1/26/25, @ 3:45PM. My husband picked the order up for me to bring it home. I took the lid off, placed put my spoon in the mixture and noticed that there was no granola layer at all. I tried to call the store 4 times with no answer ( proof is on my cell phone log), so my husband too the bowl back to inquire about this missing main ingredient. He was told that they didn’t have any granola. He asked about a refund and was told to get it offline. However I couldn’t cancel or request a refund because it was an ASAP online order, so we were forced to keep the order. He asked per my request if the could make me a new bowl full or fruit and yogurt. He was instantly met with a bad attitude and rudeness from the service girl who stared that she didn’t see the big deal - why did we want a new bowl! Please NOTE: Why didn’t a staff member attach a note to my order stating that it didn’t include the granola? Or why didn’t a staff member try to locate my phone number or email address to notify me of this missing ingredient and see how I wanted to proceed with this order prior to making it? Why didn’t any member if the staff issue an apology and offer to remake it or something else for an equivalent price in its place? You know WHY NOT!?!?! Because these people are rude and inconsiderate — especially the female store manager who refused to give her name and preferred to argue with my husband after interjecting in the conversation that he was having the rude female service worker over remaking the order vs adding more fruit to the existing bowl without an added fee ( which they wanted to charge us for after they’d inconvenienced us). PLEASE pull the store camera and audio to hear the entire exchange that took place there this afternoon. It was a sad and shameful display of any morsel of good customer service and professionalism from the 2 females at that store. Shame...
Read more@ Owner, first appreciate your concern for my displeasure of service. However, I've noticed other customer complaints similar to mine. I can't be more detailed than what i already posted. So my question to you is what has been done in the past and what is being implemented now to ensure that the issues don't continue to arise. I rather know your team is providing top notch service acknowledging every customer coming thru the door, then a couple of free smoothies. Customer service is a dead art these days and if it's not fix, there will be more empty store fronts in the city. This is coming from someone who works for the number one tourist attraction in the city and the state for 2021.
I'm in Tropical Smoothie Atlanta hwy.. a customer kindly ask the young man to please wash his hands after he saw him out in the common area after his break. That associate gave him a stare down. In front of his wife. I even said " dang why the stare down". He told him thank you after he received his order. The associate reply was " ummhmmm" customer says.. aye by the way.. that stare down didn't scare me. Kids says.. what are you talking bout. While I was waiting behind the customers that received the stare down, I wasn't sure if it was my time to order or not. The cashier never invited me to the counter. The customer in front of me had to ask me if I ordered. And the other associate sitting on her break I guess told the customer in front of me to have a good day, but when I walk out I didn't get a thank you for patronizing from any of the 3. They clearly need customer service training. No wonder people use people uber eats and Door Dash. The Smoothie would have tasted alot better if the service was good. I'll stick with...
Read moreTrust the low ratings when you see them. This location is terrible from service, time, to food. I went through the drive through with three cars ahead of me. When I made it to the speaker I asked for two separate orders. Waited in line for 10 minutes before making it to the window. Waited at the window another 10 minutes. The cashier came to the window and repeated my order. I made sure she knew there were two separate orders. She took my card for the first order and then asked was I using the same card for the second order…well that just beats the purpose of creating “separate orders”. I replied no and she took my next form of payment. I received the first order and waited at the window for the next. A few minutes later a second cashier came to the window to recite an order and handing me food that was not mine. I let her know I was waiting on the second part of my order which was only two smoothies. She gave me one (which was not filled to the rim how they usually are, it was about 8 sips short of the rim). At this point in my visit I could not have expected more. She closed the window and came back to ask if I needed something else and I stated yes my other smoothie. She looked at my cup holder in the car to say I already had it, before I could respond the first cashier came up to say she had more than one order , here is the other smoothie. I returned to work with more than just cold smoothies , but cold food also , after waiting over 20 minutes for what should Be “cooked to order” food. Awful experience, horrible customer service, and food not fit for an...
