Wing's Daily — Restaurant in Montgomery

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE‼️ I have eaten here for at least 3 years and I swore they were perfect. Well yesterday I ordered wings from there and asked for them to be crispy. Well the cashier only rung the 10 piece up as crispy and not the 20 piece. No problem, I thought it would be an easy fix. I told the cook that I would be sitting in my car as I normally do but due to me fixing my drinks , I stayed inside. I could not believe my ears when I heard the cook DELIBERATELY COUGH ON MY FOOD THAT HE WAS REMAKING ‼️ I became very furious and DEMANDED A REFUND. He immediately issued my refund and didn’t have a problem doing so because he knew I heard him cough on my food. This happened last night and I called the health department this morning . The food was good but to me presentation and politeness is everything . Upon entering the store the tables and floors were filthy. The two girls at the register sighed because people started coming in 15 mins prior to them closing and I take it they wanted to get done cleaning early. Then as I'm standing there. We got no hello may I help or nothing so I asked one of the girls was she ready to take my order she said yes and that both of them were available to take the order when the other chick stood leaning on the register .. the 2 stars are for the food which was ok. I'm visiting from Dallas and heard positives reviews about this place but I'm not impressed and I have had way better. On the good side the food was hot. Never had I ever went to a place of business to disrespected by front counter servers using profanity to because you refuse to order after you experienced there negative mouths . And all because was the business opened up there doors the entire front of store and front counter has a loud smell of urine and personal hygiene and dirty floors . Not only that when I asked to speak to the person that's in charge they refuse to get them for me . Last I checked in order to have or open a successful business you have to have a up beat polite ,honest,respectful and courteous staff members at all times .
