Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Montgomery

Soooooo, let me tell yall about my joyous , wonderful, mouth watering, speeding through traffic, imagining swallowing those hot and fresh chicken wings and tenders in that Wings and Things meal and funnel cake with extra powdered sugar story of the night. After I got my food, I went home which was 12 minutes away. I opened my plate then BOOM....IT WAS THE WRONG PLATE OF FOOD... I still held out hope for the funnel cake, the hot funnel cake will make up for the wrong plate of food. I'd be mad but atleast I'd have my funnel cake. I opened the container then BOOM...it was some tiny cheese bites. I am so upset. I speed back up there and while I'm driving I'm calling because it's 9:13pm and they closed at 9pm. They pick up and hang up, then I repeat. They then pick up and leave it off the ringer. If they had picked up they would of known I was on my way back and they could of cooked my food that I already PAID FOR. Wait yall..... I then pull up to the drive through. The same girl who took my money, and order at 8:50pm, was the same one who looked at me and then turned around. I held up my bag and this poor customer service having, nasty attitude having, need another job having girl looked at me and had the audacity to say through the closed window "We closed, come back tomorrow". I then said to her " You gave me the wrong order" she walked off and said something i couldn't hear. Mannnnnn, yall I was about to come undone. I guess her or the other dude called the manage. He came to the window and asked for my receipt and saw that the entire order was wrong.he took my name and said that their fryers were off and that i can come back tomorrow. Now I'm leaving the restaurant with no food, they kept my money. Didn't even offer me a drink. I had to go next door and get 6 wings and some biscuits. I paid 32.00 for dinner and got 6 wings and a couple of biscuits. Zaxbys was a big disappointment tonight. Zaxbys atlanta highway, in front of super walmart. I didn’t want to make this post but today I had no choice. Last night I stopped by Zaxby on Atlanta Highway. I waited 15 to 20 minutes in line. A car ahead of me was already waiting when I pulled up behind them. When I finally got to the window I saw 3 to 4 females working, and 1 male stuck his head out from the cooking area because I was complaining about the wait time. The manager was there and these young girls found it so funny because I was complaining. The manager was standing right there. Mind you the large chicken nuggets cost me $9. They were not hot but the fries were. After I left I called the manager told her I didn’t get my tea and then complained again about the wait time and the food and offered not to write this review but she needed to do better. Today, I went back to pick up the meal she promised. I asked about the tea and I was told there was no refill. I drove off and then realized I didn’t get the tea last night and went back. The manager said you said nothing about tea. We went back and forth. I didn’t want a free tea just give me what I paid for. Finally, a young lady gave me the tea. Yes, I want everything I paid for. $9 is a lot for those large nuggets (fingers). Show some professionalism to...

Went to get food for prego fiance. Made it to the drive through at 8:55. Got to the window at 9:08 where the lady on the other side of the comms proceeded to tell me in her most condescending voice possible, " we're sooooorrreeey, we are closed." I respond with, "really? I've been waiting in this line for 20 minutes now." "We're soooorry, we closed at 9." "That still doesn't change the fact that I've been waiting in this line for longer than 8 minutes." "We're sorry, we're closed." "You keep saying that but that still doesn't change the fact that I've been waiting here for longer than when you closed." " We're sooooorrreeey we're closed." me at this point 😑😡🤬 FYI, the website says they are open until 10. Zaxby's has lost a customer, this customer's fiancé and all current and future children...
