I do a mobile order. The lady in the first window was sweet as could be and gave me the receipt.
The Second Lady was HIGH AS A KITE my guy. And she didn’t say, “hello, or hi” she just stared at me. So I said, “good morning! We had a mobile order.” The lady stares another few seconds, then walks away. 3 minutes later she comes back and says verbatim: “You got an order or something cause we ain’t got nothing.” I say politely, “yes ma’am, here is our receipt”. She looks at it and walks away without saying anything.
She comes back with our order and doesn’t say a word. I have never had anyone be so rude to me. I know it’s a fast food restaurant, so I’m not expecting much but to go out of her way to be rude is WILD. This happened around 8:20 - 8:30...

Smeared ketchup on the wrapper and not any on sandwich, and whats the purpose of even using a wrapper if your not wrapping anything in it.
