McDonald's — Restaurant in Monticello

I do a mobile order. The lady in the first window was sweet as could be and gave me the receipt.

The Second Lady was HIGH AS A KITE my guy. And she didn’t say, “hello, or hi” she just stared at me. So I said, “good morning! We had a mobile order.” The lady stares another few seconds, then walks away. 3 minutes later she comes back and says verbatim: “You got an order or something cause we ain’t got nothing.” I say politely, “yes ma’am, here is our receipt”. She looks at it and walks away without saying anything.

She comes back with our order and doesn’t say a word. I have never had anyone be so rude to me. I know it’s a fast food restaurant, so I’m not expecting much but to go out of her way to be rude is WILD. This happened around 8:20 - 8:30...

If I could have chosen zero stars or was able to apply a negative star value to convey how horrible the past 2 visits have been, id have to remove every star in the night sky.

Last time the buns on both a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger were burnt and no cheese on the cheeseburger.

This time this is exactly how it was in the bottom of the bag. Smeared ketchup on the wrapper and not any on sandwich, and whats the purpose of even using a wrapper if your not wrapping anything in it. Save the wasted lack of effort and just throw the ingredients in a bag and shake it up and I'll just fix it myself i guess. Never had an experience this bad from...

I placed a mobile order at 7:33. Go to pick up my order and they tell me they are closed. Asked to speak with a manager and no one ever showed. Called in to the facility and the lady on the phone, Lisa Smith, was very rude. This is not the first issue I've had with this particular McDonald's but my daughter and nephew like nuggets. If I've learned one thing in life, it's don't ever bite the hand that feeds you. Without customers there would be no job for you, Lisa Smith.
