Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montville Township

Usually EVERY single emoloyee here is amazingly sweet and nice. One guys will give my kids a muchkin each and little acts of kindness like that go a long way. Lately, I’ve been using the app to order ahead and always tip when i walk in to pick it up. Today for some reason the app wasn't working at all. I tried 3 times and it kept saying “your order cant be completed try again later” It was free donut Friday and I also accumulated a free drink. I would normally never order a donut but bc it was free why not. So i come in, order, explain the situation and she charges me for the donut Ididn't want in the first place. A donut? You couldnt have given it to me considering I’m in there 2-4 times a day?? The free drink i get, i need the app but to charge me for a donut I didn’t want in the first place was infuriating. This location just will never get your coffee right. Ever. Used to come here often because it is closest to my house and stopped for a while because they kept messing up my coffee. I've gone back 3 times since pumpkin spice was released. The first time I ordered my PSL there was no pumpkin, the 2nd time they added a bunch of salt to it which is just weird and gross, most recently I went to the counter to order and instead of giving me a PSL they apparently charged me for and made the pumpkin signature latte which is more expensive and has a bunch of other stuff in it instead of the regular PSL, I did not want the Signature Latte which is totally different. They also refuse refunds when you reach out to them. If you order here, make sure you have time to confront them in person about re making your incorrect coffee and hope they do it right the...

After having a horrendous experience at the Parsippany Dunkin (820 Rt 46), I realized how grateful I am for these guys, at my regular Dunkin! They saved many early mornings before tournaments, or after sleepovers- getting a large order done for 10-12 people correctly in 5 minutes!

Been going there for years and will never go anywhere else (learned my lesson this morning!). They are a strong team, and I can always rely on them! I never had a problem with an order, and they always amaze me on the speed of their service and their kindness!
