Harrigan's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Montville Township

Shockingly properly delicious. I followed the highway signs to this restaurant. Definitely looked like a local place. The menu has a little bit of everything.

My meal was so delicious! I got the steak sandwich. A huge, perfectly cooked and seasoned steak with sweet perfectly cooked onions on a sturdy roll. The steak was good and tender too! Got a simple salad with wonderful homemade blue cheese dressing.

My companion got the rustic chicken which looked good and he enjoyed it a lot. Definitely worth the detour off...

It says "family restaurant", so we stopped in with our kids while traveling. It is definitely a bar though. Service was incredibly slow, despite there being only 2 other parties in the dining area. We waited for an hour to get our entrees. I had to ask for my soup 3 times which still came out after my entree. I ordered chicken francaise in lemon sauce with linguine and chicken noodle soup. Food was VERY mediocre, soup was VERY salty. Waitress rang up kids' mac & cheese bites at $20!!! Definitely not the best...

Cute spot. Love that they do all different events like karaoke and bingo! Wings were okay. Def needed sauce. To me it kinda reminded me of KFC or Popeyes but less greasy on how it was breaded. Crunchy. The chicken parm was a good size portion. It was good. Can’t complain. Brought the leftovers home the mushrooms were wonderful! The burger was very standard. Food was normal not exquisite that was like OMG. Service was wonderful. Atmosphere was cozy. I would probably come back for bingo and karaoke and possibly try...
