I took my family in to eat dinner here today in the restaurant and had a terrible experience. Our first sight was seeing a heavy set woman talking to the workers, whom was an employee indicated by the cashier. She was not working at the time. She was hanging out on the front counter, where you pick up your food with half shirt on and her stomach hanging out literally on the counter. She had a daughter about 2 years old, roaming around the restaurant while she was chit chatting with the people working. We went to get our drinks and both soda machines had no ice in them, and one machine had flat soda. I went up to ask if they could get some ice and soda from the back. The man there was busy making frappes for the drive thru because that's where I saw him working. I don't think he needed to help me because he was tending to drive thru orders, but there was literally no worker in the front. So I'd like to say thank you to that guy going out of his way to help me when it wasn't his place. Meanwhile, another girl with blue hair listening to her air pods looked back at me took a drink of her boba drink on the counter, and then went to pull the fries out of the oil. She didn't even know that I had talked to the man about the soda. Then she FINALLY asked if I needed anything, it's like she just looked at me and ignored that a customer needed something. While waiting for our food, the little girl kept following my children around because she wanted to play. The mother would get mad and yell at her daughter and then the little girl would proceed to scream her head off, while her mother just stayed up at the counter visiting with her coworkers. So while we are eating we were constantly hearing the girl crying and her mom scolding her, even saying that her daughter (2 years old) was a "bad person" when the poor thing just needed some attention. I mean this went on long enough for us to want pack up our food and eat in the car. We ordered cheeseburgers for the kids that were ketchup only. We watched the cashier as she put in the order to have "no pickle", "no onion" and "no mustard" and yet we still got a burger with pickles and onion. I decided to just take off the onion and pickle myself, because I was already agitated by the service there. My son who is 6 tried it and took three bites of it, he said it still tasted like pickle. So I went up to the front and told this other lady who was tall and wore glasses if we could get another burger made. She was really rude and said he ate more than half (which he didn't even) of it so she can't do anything, but rudely said she will do it this time, but never again. She was really rude about it and I told her it was supposed to be ketchup only and we tried to eat it anyways so it wouldn't go to waste. However the customer eating it wasn't satisfied. She had a complete lack of respect for a customer that wasn't satisfied with the food they were eating. The whole scenario was unacceptable, and the people working there had no people skills, and looked very unprofessional. Customer service was horrible and the environment was beyond disturbing. I promise that I will never take my family here again and I'm not supporting...
Read moreDANIELLA was extremely unprofessional and rude in the drive-thru line. After redeeming my free hash brown at McDonald’s with minimum purchase of $1, I was asked what my code was for. When I told them, they said okay go on. Well, I finished ordering, pulled up to the window and DANIELLA (she also happened to be training another girl) had still charged me for the hash brown. When I re-showed my code, that now said it had been redeemed on my phone, she just shrugged and was like “no that was just for your account.” I asked for a manager so she could get the code to work, being that hash browns are now over $2. The manager was warm and handled the situation and smiled at me before walking away. Then DANIELLA had the audacity to tell me that her manager just gave me a free hash brown so “you’re welcome.” I corrected her and said that she had actually got my free hash brown code to work. What happened next shocked me—she turned to her trainee and started bad mouthing me in Spanish right in front of me. I asked for her name after this and she literally hid her name tag. DANIELLA, don’t be so obvious that you are in the wrong. I then asked her trainee if she would give me Daniella’s name and then Daniella then caved and gave her name to me herself. There is no point complaining to management, because people who are bilingual like DANIELLA have figured out that they can just walk over their managers here. Hence, that’s why nothing ever gets better with certain rude employees such as DANIELLA. English is Daniella’s first language. It is completely out of line to turn away to a trainee during an altercation and begin speaking another language (to bad mouth...
Read moreWish I could give 0 stars!!! Have lots of kids so McDonald's is a must. I'll go out of town and return with cold fries before ever dealing with the McDonald's on Eastern in Moore. If anyone has had a good experience there I'd love to hear of it, because I haven't as yet. Everytime I've been there I've had to pull up and wait for my order and not one single time have I been given my correct order. I gave them 5 chances and never once have they given me the correct order. I've been given someone else's order and maybe they had that right, idk.... Then after getting the order wrong you have to go in and wait forever after waiting forever in the driveway for them to fix what's wrong. By the time this happens you get to return home with your melted ice in your watered down drinks and cold fries. Five times in a row with these guys. I've asked around thinking that it might just be my luck but it's not. Horrible service is the consensus!!! Worse review I'll ever give. As I said though,,,, if Anybody has a good experience there I'd love to...
