If I could rate this business a 10 I Sure WOULD!! we lived in Martinsville from the very start of BrainFreeze opening and from the very 1st time visiting the Food is Hot/Fresh, The atmosphere Clean and the CUSTOMER SERVICE..... AMAZING!! During covid the owner stayed open and made things work by following state protocols and we DEFINITELY continued to show support! 😀 we moved to Mooresville and we always talk about how we miss that place so much! Lastnight we went in because we were at the Fair and it sure made us miss it more! The owner is Always there and Thanking Every Gueat for their Business and Support!! Just that small gesture of saying Thank You makes you feel good that you are helping a family put food on the table! Great shaved ice selection with a fun atmosphere and amazing staff! We love to stop by Brain Chillz when we want a sweet treat. Today's experience was even better than all the others. Today we celebrated my daughter scoring her first soccer goal at her game. She insisted on brain chillz for her victory treat! The gals out the front were very polite, fun, & helpful. We really like the shaved ice & the fun concept of it all (even the SOUR spray that makes your chosen concoction somewhat sour IF you'd like!). However, the "to-go" containers we're not sufficient, in that the shaved ice is top heavy & they STILL tipped in my car's cup holders, spilling the syrup like a river in my backseat! Ugh! That's a nasty clean up. But I'm SURE we'd have a 5☆ experience staying AT BRAIN CHILLZ to enjoy our goodies! 😃 Hope to try...
