1yr update A LARGE COFFEE WILL NOT FILL AN XL CUP UNLESS U MADE IT WRONG
until today I intended to bump up the rating n add what a wonderful experience I had a couple days after my mom passed, got my coffee too late to drink that day so held onto it for the next day since I was camping. Discovered it wasn't correct but I only had the money 4gas 2get home. I explained n the ladies working that morning replaced it n were beyond kind, I wanted to jump that counter n hug them both. Today I decided the rating stands n I'm done with the mora location especially after the exact same problem cept I was politely argued with of how I was wrong... only thing I was wrong in was not getting the receipt cos I thought i would have no need for it. A LARGE DRINK DOES NOT FILL AN XL CUP PERIOD N IF IT DOES YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG! I AM NOT WRONG. Very few hills I will stand on but that one I will. 23yrs of THE EXACT SAME drink, only 1 change made(this yr) was because I finally figured out what mistake has prolly been made all the times it didn't taste quite right, in a rush n I suspect the topping gets skimped or missed, so I have extra added now. But I'll b dipped if someone's going to try to correct me when I say my coffee was made wong, especially when I can prove n back up that mistake, proof:XL cup was FULL Back up: a smaller ammt of liquid will not fill a larger volume container. So I will save any future frustrations n go to hinckley especially after my experience with them today or Princeton.
I have drank the EXACT same coffee for 22yrs, u can bank I know my drink n I know when it gets screwed up. Please PLEASE train your workers, when someone orders a lg coffee with extra shots YOU DONT FIT IT INTO A LARGER CUP! YOU ADD LESS MILK TO MAKE ROOM! Mora location has screwed up my drink more than they made it right. I don't live in the area so it's not my regular bou, but in the past 10months I have had to semi-regularly drive thru the area to bring my mom to cancer treatments in st cloud for stage 4 glioblastoma. I'm not a morning person n I have high caffinatination needs... so try to imagine (this is my last experience) your emotions every which direction, leaving ur house super early, no coffee cos you're going to give yourself a little extra boost of happiness of your favorite life indulgence on the way so u can b that ray of sunshine someone needs. U could go to ur regulat bou but thats a 1/2hr out the way so u go to a bou on the way despite having to wait a little longer 4ur coffee. U get there n not only does ur drink get screwed up but when u fight back tears, cos all u want is an ever blessed coffee, n explain why a large should not fit in an xl cup n the person rolls their eyes at u n then the corrected drink tastes like noone added flavor shots. I wasn't about to have it corrected again, huge fear or retaliation so I drove to Princeton, first time at that bou, n guess what... THEY GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Yo, people screw up, I should know, and unfortunately mora bou just so happens 2get my business when I am at my worst, but making a drink correctly once, maybe twice out of about 25times... DO BETTER. If not for the business, for that 1 person who may be coming thru ur drive up with all the tough things on their mind n heart just wanting their favorite $11.13 cup of coffee for a moment of happiness when life isn't feeling very happy cos they're losing their mom to terminal cancer unless some miracle happens. I have n always will b kind about screw ups, maybe through clenched teeth but it's cos I'm fighting back tears cos I hate confrontation.
