UPDATE!:
I have no clue as to what has happend to this place! It seemed to be fine the last few months, the old manager I assume is not here anymore, witch is very unfortunate to say the least! I just adored her! Very involved with her customers and staff. but it looks like they cleaned house with all new employees and its worse than before! the manager, new I'm guessing, just treats her staff like they are prison inmates... Could clearly tell the crew wanted nothing to do with the place after! Manager with the glasses, he looks like he has a disability of some sort or is a little slow. So as I watch this unfold (in front of my grandchildren) we sit with no food for at least 35min and our drinks have been empty for over half of that time, the manager walks up to him and just belittles and embarrassing him! It was quite sad if you ask me! Then walks away talking Ill of the young man! After he sat and apologized over and over! You could hear it in his voice he was ashamed..When his back was turned! Never and I mean NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! Respect one another! This is not a family oriented establishment! Take consideration that everyone and I mean everyon can hear...
Read moreFirst off, don't leave a tip until you actually get served. This is the fourth time ive had issues with this establishment. First three there was always one or two items missing from our order. I chalked it up to it being mostly high school/young adults working and thinking that possibly they were super busy those nights. Now fourth time, show up to pick up our online order. No customers in drive through, no one in the eating area, and what appeared to be only our order in the warmer. Sat at the register for 10 minutes. Alarms were going off in the back or some sort of beeping. Thought maybe the staff were just in the bathroom. Gave it another few minutes and i was going to call the reseraunt to see if it would get an answer. when not one, not two, but what appeared to be all three employees come walking in from outside through door that faces the north. I didnt see anyone outside when we pulled in, as you have to drive past that door to get to the main doors where we parked. I get that on slow nights people want breaks. But atleast one employee should be inside or watching for when vehicles pull in. Will just go to a different pizza joint from here on out. Pizza hut is far too expensive for consistent...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. I order a family box that comes with wings. Well, they're fryer doesn't work okay. I'm willing to compensate. Maybe you know let's do a pasta. Let's do something that we can fill that wing section in my family box. Nope they can't make any substitutions so they want me to pay full price to get less food. Then I go to order pasta meals instead and they have a meat pasta and I don't like the sausage so I asked if we could take the sausage out and just add pepperoni. Nope, we do no substitutions here and have the stuff they had. The prices are different from their paper menu. They don't even use a logo menu or a corporate menu. Nothing. It's on paper. I see this place shutting down real soon, although the people that work there are very nice but the service sucked big time and the food was just mediocre. It wasn't very dry and don't ask you. Don't get it your way there at all. It's either what's on that paper menu or you get nothing. So yeah they wanted me to pay for a meal and wooden substitute stuff when they're when they can't provide the boneless wings in the meal. But they're not going to compensate you...
