Crystal Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Mora

Went there many many times and had good service Live right here in mora and we are regular Went this Friday for the Prime rib with my wife. We both ordered the highest price King cut prime rib medium rare.(its prime rib!!!!) They brought out 2 of the most over cooker peices of prime rib I have every seen. I mean I have reheated left over prime rib in my fridge that were not even close to being this over cooked. My wife and I both only had 2 bites!!! We talked with the staff and they said the best they could do is comp one meal... so I agreed to pay for 1 of the $25.00 meal but have decided to not return there for any more meal. After going there for the last 5 years at least twice a month with me wife you have now lost 2 coustomers foreever!!! Not sure whom has taken ownership of those place recently but it has gone down hill. Of you don't believe me just check out the most recently posted comments...

Just to reply to your comment. The simple fact that you think eating a potato is eating everything on our place speak volumes to you approach to coustomer service. Yes we did take the over cooked prime rib for our dog wich we PAID FOR!!!!!! I mean really this is your response? You forgot to mention I left a $20.00 tip because the bartender shouldn't be punished for bad food and an even worse a bad attempt at resolving the issue. If you didn't have the property cooked expensive cut of meat... then don't service it. Simple. Your attempt at saving the bar money by pissing off coustomers is a financal disaster on your part. Decent food, normally a good place to eat but this time we sat in the normal dining area and not at the bar, the waitress was very short with us in the beginning after asking us if we were ready to order and our boss said he wasn't ready but the rest of us might be, she took off immediately he said he wasn't ready. Then upon her bringing us our food, she served it so fast that food was being flung off the plates! She also had dropped someone else's dish as well. Other than that, it was good food but not very friendly service. I hate leaving reviews like this because she may have just been having a bad day but so too could one of her costumers. The Crystal Bar and Grill in Mora MN has purchased a building on the same block that used to be Pizza Pub. In the above area of the Pizza Pub site was 6 apaetments that housed individuals and families. These individuals and families are now being evicted because the Crystal Bar and Grill is turning that building into a "High Class" dining facility and using the space above for an office area. Places like the Crystal Bar and Grill beg the community to support small businesses but then the same business does not support the community. I hope no one eats at this place because it supports...
