Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Morehead

Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in quite a while. I ordered a large drink from a mobile app. They told me they couldn't find my order. I showed them the receipt which was correct and they ask me to pull ahead and wait. I waited for half an hour for that drink out of principle and they never came out, so I left and was still charged.

Update: I have decided to no longer eat here after the awful experience considering the drama, how disrespected I was, and the massive waste of time. I would like to add that complaints are very difficult to pursue. They want you to call the store that just spat on you. The funny part is the store manager was the main culprit, so how does that help? No thanks, your food isn't so good that I need to jump threw hoops and bring myself to your level. It used to be good food at a fair price. But Dairy Queen has become the latest restaurant to reduce the sizes of their orders all while raising the prices. Up until the past few months, if you ordered a chicken strip basket, you got full size strips - that would easily cover at least the width of the box they were in. But now their strips are about the size of a chicken nugget. You could lay two of them down across the width of the box and it still would not reach the sides. I actually used zoom on this picture. They are smaller than they appear.

I get times are hard, restaurants are struggling to stay open. But I would think there are other ways to make ends meet other than shrinking the size of your food items all while...

This is the nastiest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too. The first trip was a bad experience, I don’t think they ever toss out fries and make new ones, and the chicken wasn’t done. Tonight I thought well I’ll try it again heck sometimes things happen, but hell no this is just a sorry place to eat!!!!! The fries yet again look like they been in the refrigerator and the ice cream smelled sour. The girl was nice at the window but that’s the only good thing that came from this place.
