Ashleigh was the barista making the cold drinks, and she was honestly the worst barista I have ever encountered. She had a bad attitude with every customer coming in for a mobile order or their in store order. And since no one wears masks anymore, or facial gestures were clear that she did not care for any of the customers. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 12:40 and didn’t come out until 12:50 and I watched her make my drink. I watched her remake the drink after putting the wrong type of milk. Then watched her put the wrong type of milk again, and just top it off with the milk I had asked and paid extra for. When I told her she used the wrong milk, she rolled her eyes at me, and with the worst attitude replied “No. I did not” left my order on the counter and walked away to continue making other drinks. If i hadn’t been already late for work, I would’ve asked for a manager or a remake of my drink. But like I said, my order was supposed to be done at 12:40 and I didn’t get it until 12:50.
I normally come here about 1-2 times a week. I come in the mornings, but the one time I came in the afternoon, the entire staff’s attitude was horrific. Night and day compared to the morning staff. The morning staff is always calm and collected even when they have lines inside and out. The afternoon staff, no motivation. Read moreNever had an issue with this Starbucks until this morning. I was completely ignored by 2 employess while picking up my mobile order. Obviously people who order mobile are doing so because of being in a hurry. I patiently waited for them to assist the customer in front of me (who had an issue witht heir drink) Once finished, the employee walked away without even aknowledging me. Once i reached over the coutner to grab my own items after being ignored, the employee decides she is willing to help me by proceeding to not say a word 2 me and pushed my food items towards me agressively.
