I have been a loyal Dominos customer for 10 years and I have never had such terrible service then i have at this establishment. The previous time i ordered here I purchased a hand tossed pizza and 16 Wings. The pizza was incredibly thin. Matter of fact it was the thinnest pizza i have ever seen. it was cold and the cheese was overly brown. It looked like whomever was working put no effort into this pizza. Then when i opened the wing box which they stuffed all 16 in a small box, it barely had any sauce. It was just an overcrowded soggy mess. Mind you this was a carryout order. So after that experience we decided to try again. I have worked in the Food restaurant and know that one bad experience doesn't define the entire store. I placed a delivery order tonight at 7:36pm on 3/5/2022. Joshua started preparing the order at 7:41. Estimated delivery was 30-41 mins. I always keep the tracker up to keep an eye on it. It stayed on prepare for 30 mins. So i decided to call the store and make sure they were updating the tracker. I called and asked if there was a tracker problem. He proceeded to explain that they are doing a "new" thing in their store. I further questioned him why it would take 30 mins to prepare an order and so he then he started to have an attitude and proceeded to interrupti me several times in the middle of me politely trying to understand how a new method would intel 30 mins of preparation when it should've been delivered 30-41 mins. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Mind you i was not being unruly. I LOVE Dominos. I called immediately after and asked for the Manager. It was the same person. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me multiple times. This was the MOST unprofessional experience I've ever had. The proper way of addressing this issue would've been for him to apologize that it was taking so long, and instead of interrupting and making an excuse of why it takes 30mins before it was even placed in the oven would've been to acknowledge the issue. Instead he snapped on the phone, hung up on me, then refused his name. We received our order an hour after placing it. Which would've been fine if he would've acknowledged the issue and made it right. Typically Managers are trained to handle bad customer experiences and to make it right at all costs. He was rude and unprofessional. Sadly I will no longer order from this establishment. With their service and how they treat their customers it's absolutely unnecessary. Obviously the Manager on duty needs to be trained properly on how to...
Read moreI have a love hate with this location. I order frequently (around 3 times a month). Recently I placed a 70 dollar (sandwhices and Salads) let's just say that after waiting and hour the online tracker said it was on its way ..however I live 1.2 miles from on the store. It takes about 4 minutes to drive there , ( I didn't have a vehicle )...well 30 minutes after the tracker said it was on its way I called to see why it hadn't arrived. I was told the driver left with multiple orders and she was delivering them all. It was lunch time and they had one driver !!! When I told him to cancel because we didn't want cold food he was upset. Long story short he told me to call cooperate on him. Well I did, but they are a franchise. However I did get in touch with the owner. He sent me gift certificates in the mail and when I called ton redeem them I was given trouble and told no such thing existed!! Finally after 10 minutes they believed me. The food is usually great but the management is terrible, the franchise owner should take a real close look at...
Read moreTracker on the app stated it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the employee said, oh, I’m putting that in the oven right now. She said they were unloading a truck, forgot my pizza was in the oven, and it fell on the floor. When I got back into my car and told my daughter as that was both of our lunch, she said you should’ve told them to throw some jalapeños on there this time. She was joking, but I called and asked if they could add a couple when remaking it for the inconvenience of having to wait longer and making a second trip back. The same female employee stated No. I could understand if I pitched a fit or asked for another pizza or a credit; I asked for a few jalapeños. The jalapeños aren’t even a big deal at the end of the day. It’s about a business making a mistake, inconveniencing you, and not even attempting to make it right. Remaking the pizza is a given as it was my order, that’s not an extra. I’ll only go to Burkemont now and recommend that...
