Starbucks — Restaurant in Morganton

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The management of this little kiosk is non existent. Whoever the manager is should be fired. The coffee taste like ashtray..half the time they dont get my order right (if i ask for milk or cream it means i want milk or cream....2 drops that doesnt even change the color of the coffee is unacceptable....also if i ask for flavor syrup, put it in my dang coffee!) ...and on more than one occasion the barista got to talking to the next customer or looking at some paper and forgot to make my order! She made the next persons order before mine! To top it off, one of the male employees made comments to my wife that made her feel uncomfortable.This Starbucks has made me look elsewhere for my coffee on the go...but mostly i just make it at home now. I don't like Starbucks. Only reason was there was because my son stopped to get a coffee. They don't support the military. They say they do, but I was in Iraq when they refused to support us. They finally came over when they saw other coffee companies like Green Bean come over. I will support Green Been every day of the week. I got a one of their special drinks that my son wanted to get me. I forget thg he name of the drink, but it was displayed as the new Cream something. When I paid for the coffee the price was higher then advertised. I asked them why it was more and they said we charged for the cream. I said the drink comes with cream as it is advertised. They said right, but cream is extra. I said not if you advertise it as a cream drink. They told me sorry, but Starbucks charges extra. Will not go to any...

Located inside of Target's Department store. This Starbucks is essentially a walk-up ; serving the shoppers. I stop by nearly every time I come to this strip mall. Staff is quick and friendly. The bar is clean and tidy. The self service area is okay. The coffee is great and if you haven't tried the lemon pound cake...go get one tomorrow! !! Wow! Love those things! Ask them to leave it in the celephane wrapping if you are not going to eat it right away. It will last a couple days if you have will power. Traveling? Ask if you can have one from the freezer.
