Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Morgantown

Called in a order at 10:30, got food at 11:00. I had ordered 2 large pizza and a double order of bread sticks. I understand that you get a marinara with each order of bread sticks. The lady that was working was very rude. Pulled up at the pickup window, she's playing on her phone. Had to wait until she was done texting to get my order. This was at the Brockway Ave location on Morgantown. I asked her if I could buy 4 more containers of mara my area sauce. She got very frustrated and said I guess. She got my order and more less through it out the window. I had to grab the bread sticks or they would have fell on the ground. The pizzas almost got dropped Also. If you would have seen how my pizzas looked. They were hot and they were a mess from how she more less through them at me. I just asked to buy 4 more cups of marinara sauce. I DID NOT asked for them for free I asked if I could BUY them. The pizza was all separated, toppings had slid of just a big old mess. Never again will I ever order from Pizza Hut again. The serviced sucked and the employee is really ruining your business. If I knew what the pizzas looked liked I would have thrown them back in the drive through window at her. I didn't get to look at them until I got home. I was so upset with the service and how my food looked. I paid $43.42. That was just like throwing my money down the toilet. I would like to say this. Not even 5 min ago I tried to put in an order, I stated 3 times I’m at Ruby Memorial Hospitol in the convo and dude is still wanting me to give an address and I state in truth I am from Louisiana I don’t know it, he smarts back he is from “yada yada yada”, That does not sell a pizza for Christ sake!! I am NOT from here, I don’t know the address. Pardon, but I’ve not eaten, my son has just passed away, and you expect me to chase down an address???? You live here I do not!!! Granted U do not know my situation but if your drivers are delivering they should be the ones to know the address not people ordering unless they are in their home. I will not be ordering from you again… and those taking orders should listen closer. I order from this Pizza Hut quite often, however, I ordered last night & got a call from the delivery guy asking where I was.... I’ve ONLY ordered from here while at work & put that in the information, but not a big deal... He then got kinda rude with me saying I should’ve put that in the delivery info... I just looked at him, while trying to get to the app, and told him it should’ve been on there.. The order was $21 something & I gave him $26 and was in the middle of saying I didn’t need any change, when he just turned around & walked out the door.. I just stood there flabbergasted with the rudeness I just received from this kid. Every other time I’ve ordered from this location, I’ve had 100% fantastic service. I know a couple people who work there, so I was thrown back by this with shock.
