Wish I could give zero stars. I am very disappointed in the new staff and management running this place. We ordered to sit in and eat and the cashier was slow. Waited as other numbers and orders after ours got called until we walked up and asked the food and he said "we're working on it" told them other orders after ours had gotten called he apologized because our order was just sitting behind the counter, in a to go bag! The bag was switched to a tray. The bag did not contain the full order. So we had to wait for them to finish. All the while half the unfinished order sat under the counter. So all we needed was fries. Which they said they were working on. We sat down and ate the entire time waiting on the fries. I went up to just ask for my money back. And his response was to yell over to the cooks to make the fries so the entire time the did not start making them! So I asked for my money back for a an order of fries. He had to call a manager and After all that inconvenience he wanted to give me a dollar back! Because there was nothing else he could do. The entire staff all just stood there while. 2 other customers came up complaining about their orders as well. So it wasnt just our meal that they ruined. All the workers need proper training or get replaced. The reason we came here while traveling through is because we remembered the great experience we had here before. With completely different employees. Good employees, smart, fast and not at all seeming to be on drugs. Very bad experience for me and the rest of the customers I'm sure. Those boys cannot deliver...
Read moreSeptember update. I couldn't stay away any longer,, I love their burritos so much. I placed an order and the burrito was ready in less than 1o minutes. It was also great! Good job and I hope they keep this going. Blakes has great food.

Be prepared to wait, a very long time. Ordered on the phone, told 10-15 minute wait, showed up and paid at 15 minutes after I placed my order and was told it would be ready soon. Another 15 Minutes later, a total of 30 minutes, no burrito and was told it would be a while. Lots of other people waiting, I suggested they make burritos for the people waiting in the lobby, several waiting longer than me, and they said they couldn't do that.
40 minutes after placing my order and waiting 25 minutes after I showed up, I Asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one. Finally, after asking 4 times for a refund, a manager gave me one. Heres the real problem, if you can get a freshly made burger or burrito from Blake's, it's great. But the wait times are incredibly inconsistent, making it almost impossible to get fresh food. Once I was told 25 minutes, showed up in 25 minutes and my food was cold. This is a recurring problem from a chain restaurant that has great potential and I've encountered similar problems at other locations. Read moreGreat burger, great service...but the restroom was out of paper towels to dry your hands. It could have been cleaner..from my years of restraunt management, I always look at 3 things when I go to a new place...1) how clean is the parking lot? If it is trashed this tells me they either dont care about 1st appearance or they are too busy to clean it. So if they are too busy to take care of my first visual of the restraunt they will be to busy to keep the places you cant see clean.2)bathrooms, if it looks like a weekend frat party took place, well I know sanitary measures are non existent. 3) the manner of how the cashier presents themselves to the client. Yes client...because I am putting this establishment on my payroll...I am paying them for the best service possible.i always hang back for a minute or two and observe the staff as I pretend to choose from the menu. Needless to say many places have passed my 1st 2 test, but if the cashier acts like I am bothering them, or the seen kitchen staff are engaging in happy hour and not preparing orders or cleaning out the door I go..so yes this place met my expectations and the food was great. This is getting harder and harder to find quality service these days...would you allow a surgeon to operate on you if he had dirty clothes on and the o.r. looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in...
