I took my kids here for dinner last week. It wasn’t busy during the time we were there, but none of the tables in our surrounding area were cleared. No one wants to look at dirty tables and floors when they are trying to enjoy their food. The kicker for me though, was the additional charge added to my bill for “one small slice of lemon” in my diet soda. That’s absurd, that the restaurant charges 30 cents for a slice of lemon. Now, the following week the kids and I ate dinner at a restaurant comparable in menu and price to Friendly’s. I asked for a lemon for my diet soda, and the picture below shows what I received….at no additional cost. You can do better than this Friendly’s!

It was pretty bad, I'm hesitant to give a 1 star but this was close. Service was poor, no refills and no check ins to see how everything came out. Two of us were there for almost an hour and twenty minutes Onion rings came out in a puddle of grease which we luckily were able to pull out before they were all ruined but some were to soaked to eat. My burger came out a whole 7 minutes before my finances turkey sandwich. It's a turkey sandwich on toast that was barely toasted, how long does that take to make? My milkshake didn't come out until after my burger which was ordered when we sat down Burger, turkey sandwich and fries were decent. Just okay

Hey if you want an Old Fashioned soda and burger shop experience you gotta try Friendly’s. While attending a wedding we stopped in for a snack. They have a complete menu of American dishes that looked soooo yummy 😋. We started with the New England Clam Chowder. Wow 🤩 So creamy and loaded with clams and potatoes. Super delicious. I’m sorry I didn’t try more on the menu but I have reservations for dinner and couldn’t eat twice. Lol. Though I wanted too. So we decided to try a shake and ice cream 🍨. Very good and worth the calories. Enjoy.

Decent spot for that old school feels servers are obviously friendly. Menu is still big but different from when I was a kid. They have many classic American options. My friend got the chicken tenders and I got the chicken wrap. Food was decent. My wrap was pooping out honey mustard. There was definitely a heavy pour. Waffle fries were a bit more crispy than expected and the onion rings were good. Dessert had many options and they were good but in my opinion too much of the toppings were added.

Food was ok. The double bacon cheeseburger lacked flavor. The soda and the fries were good but for the price it could be so much better. The order took quite a long time to be ready and the spanish lady that took my order could be a bit nicer. She would often leave people at the window without making them a priority. They did a good job cleaning the tables. I saw a lady clean them multiple times while I was waiting for my order. Oh...and super greedy with the ketchup.
