My daughter is a patient of Dr. Connors. When we actually get an appointment with him it’s wonderful. He definitely knows what he is doing. Though getting into the office, while being one of his patients is very difficult. I am a working mom, so finding a day for both of us is very challenging ,it’s always months before I can see him again.
One night, I called at 11pm to speak to a on call DR. Because I knew and I was scared I screwed up my daughters prescription dosage They kept me on hold for over for over 5 minutes. I was so scared that I called CVS and spoke to a pharmacist who told me it was OK. We were about to bring her to the ER, if this wonderful pharmacist hadn’t given me all the information I needed about her prescription. I’m truly disappointed on the communication I have with this doctor. My daughter is suppose to be scheduled for a second surgery and 2 weeks later I still haven’t gotten anyone to contact me. I have now called two times and no one has reached out. I know you ask why is still go here? But Dr. Connor is amazing. Once you get to him he’s the BEST!! His staff stinks with any kind of communication. Still to me Dr. Connor is one of the best pediatric urologist. You will have to jump through hoops to get there. But your child will get better. The staff needs to be better at...
Read moreHorrible service!!! Lack of compassion and empathy. I had an appointment for my 5 month old that I’ve waited 4 months for. Was told that I need to reschedule at the window bc I seemed to have a cold. There was no questionnaire over the phone or text stating that I need to reschedule if we were sick. They did not ask about any symptoms. We are not coughing, we tested negative for Covid, no fever, no mucus. I just look sick bc I’ve been getting over a cold and I’m tired from nursing my son. Maybe I looked more sick because I haven’t slept in a week from cluster feeding, I’m in a dress down hoodie, and my extra curly fro. But they could only “help me reschedule”.
It is December, if they are worried about colds they should shut down the office during the cold months. A face mask would’ve been the right solution. Not turning my son away at his appointment after I drove 30min to get here. I even ran back down to the car bc I forgot his baby bag and nothing was said until I ran back up with him.
Lack of consideration and compassion. This is a “DOCTOR’S OFFICE”, not a hair salon. Shame on you! This is the nonsense people are tired of with our...
Read moreWe had an outstanding experience with Garden State Urology and cannot recommend Dr. Prasad enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, with excellent bedside manners. She took the time to thoroughly explain all my son's condition, answer all of our questions, and ensure we felt supported. Her expertise and empathy helped us navigate the unnerving and emotional experience.
All the employees we interacted with from here were equally a pleasure to work with—kind, professional, and attentive.
We are so grateful for the exceptional care provided and for Dr. Prasad’s genuine compassion during such a stressful time. Thank you...
