Bojangles — Restaurant in Morristown

Honestly really annoyed food was alright but I ordered a thigh and leg meal and got two thighs instead and they nearly forgot my extra family side of mash potatoes and when I looked in the bag there was gravy everywhere. They were quick but I guess that's why cause they weren't paying attention to what they were sending out. If I didn't have to be back at work I probably would have checked my meal and bag there and said something then but I only get to be on break for so long and I wasn't going back over that. Honestly disappointed with the service I received. I would add the photos I took of my food but it won't let me on here for some reason. Follow up: attempted to go to website to give more information on my experience but I can't because they didn't even give me a receipt so I can't even go through the survey. Usually the service there is pretty good I normally get breakfast and don't have any issues really but today was not their best. It was almost right at 11:00 when I ordered my food and I was looking really forward to having something hot to eat at work but after getting it I was honestly disappointed and regretted even going because it was a mess in the bag because they overfilled the mashed potatoes and gravy and my meal had two thighs instead of a thigh and a leg and I honestly was really looking forward to the leg because its my favorite part of the chicken. If they didn't have any they should have informed me before I got to the window and I wouldn't have been as disappointed or could have chose something else on the menu. Went through the drive-thru and the worker asked me to wait. No biggie. A minute later she took my order. I ordered a regular cajun chicken sandwich with fries and a Sprite. Pulled up to the window. Took her forever to actually come to the window. No joke, I pulled right up to the window with no car in front of me and by the time she came to the window I had four or five cars behind me. She was apologetic about the wait at all. I paid and she gave me my order. When I pulled off I just went to a parking spot to eat in my car. There was no straw. So I popped the lid to drink that way only to find that she had given me mountain dew instead of Sprite. I avoid caffeine the best I can but oh well. Then I look in the bag to find most of my fries are all out in the bag. Then I get my sandwich and she had given me the club version. We ordered two meals and then went and got our drinks. There were two other people waiting for their order, so we got behind them. After about 15 minutes the manager said to my wife, this is your meal. That meal had been sitting on the counter since we got our drinks. My wife asked the kid for new meals that are hot. He just walked away. She said to a second kid, I want my money back and he just walked away. She came to the table and told me what was going on. I went to the counter and asked who was in charge and one guy said I am. I told him I wanted my money back, he returned our money and apologized. Pretty slack employees, it would seem that training is nonexistent. We went up the street to Hardee’s and received excellent hot meals for about half the price of what they were at this place.
