I hate to give a place like Dunkin' Donuts a low rating. I only go for coffee, and I'm sure the bagels and donuts are up to par. But this place has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I went 3 days in a row (I'm not a masochistic, but I needed coffee). Day 1, 45 min wait in line at drive through. There were people standing outside waiting to get in at 9:30 am on a Saturday, and once you get on the drive through line, you are stuck. Day 2, around 9 am on Sunday. No crowd, 1 customer at the counter, at least 6 people milling around behind the counter, and it took 10+ minutes to get a coffee. Day 3, around 8:30 am on Monday. A few people on line, and similar problems. These guys really need to work on service!
Update several years later ( Oct 2023) Still slow, but now with extra filth! I've been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. You have to be out of your mind to eat in this...

There were people waiting infront of us as well and when ordering a drink the girl acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! I asked for a Colada and she said “is that like a frozen coffee or something?” Took another 15 minutes to get our stuff. No one was in the store. She then got the drink wrong, and charged me for a large instead of a small like I had asked. And as we went to ask for something else the 2 employees were unseen like they had ran outback. Already 2 towns over and I took a drink and something came up through my stray I spit it out and IT WAS A FLY. I then called and wanted all my money back and they proceeded to criticize me like I may have put the bug in there myself.?? They would only refund me for my drink. Several times in the past few months I've gone to Dunkin Donuts in Morrisville and been refused service in the lobby I was told its only open for mobile orders and drive thru. I've stated that I don't have mobile order or pay and I can't go through the drive thru and I was told that I couldn't be served. Nobody should be refused service simply because they can't go through the drive thru or do a mobile order it's unacceptable to require any customer to have a vehicle, phone and or an app to purchase their products. Honestly it's not that good of coffee or food anyway! I chose to go elsewhere everytime I was refused service and I won't be going back anytime soon if at all.
