I would usually never put 4 stars on a Pal's location. I've ordered the same thing for my family and I for 6 years. Also, been a loyal customer since y'all came to Morristown. Even used to be one of your contractors. Cleanest place in town. Hands down. Seen for my own 2 eyes. From the back door that is. This Pal's is although still great, is not the Pal's in West Morristown, Jefferson City, The Pinnacle in Bristol, Tennessee. I never had to check my order from the other Morristown location or Jefferson city. Never wrong. I made that mistake several times at the Pal's in the Cool Springs Shopping Center. We have had our order wrong 4x since February 2020. Also this is the only location that will not sautee our onions. What's the big deal. But I hope I will patronize your establishment in the future. I love your food. Thank you

Fast service. Our first time at Pals, it was overall good! The burger was MASSIVE!! Ordered a double, but should have got a single, it was HUGE!! The prices were great and the flavors were spot on! Also tried the bbq dog, which was good. The hotdog was yummy, not a huge fan of the consistency of the chili though. The fries were our FAVORITE, they were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and hot. I would go just for the fries again!

This place is just a drive thru, where you order at the first window to a person not a speaker! Then drive around to pay. How awesome ! Quick service, food was hot. My first time here, didn't know what to expect. Got a Pal's Double with cheese. Ooooh boy. It was good.

Staff are super amazing! But I have an update after going through their drive through for 5 years almost daily I have been told that at 10:30 they no longer sell cheddar rounds which is the only product besides the sweet tea that I go through and buy and now I have no reason to go to Pal’s any longer because I can’t make it to Pal’s before 1030-10:35 but it’s never been a problem until now. It’s like the last five days I’ve showed up at 10:30. They’ve already stopped selling breakfast and they’re already doing just burger burgers which by the way they sell all day long so why could they not continue to sell their chats until 1040? That sicks for me! And all I can say is, I’m extremely disappointed and I’ll miss my favorite...

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE hamburger and French fries. The fries have a nice seasoning salt on them and are just the right amount of crunchy and soggy. When we have to do drive-through, this is our place.

Having said that, we were running late to church one day and decides to go by and get a sausage biscuit. Yucky!!! I could barely eat mine, and my daughter couldn't. It biscuit was so mushy and crumbly - it fell apart in my hand. It's the second time getting a biscuit from a Pal's, so I wanted to give them a second chance. It was really awful. I'll never do breakfast there again.
