As soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order the lady said "Order when you're ready" hatefully. I ordered a very simple combo before I could even finish saying what meal number I wanted she cut me off rudely saying "What to drink?" Like why the rush? 1) There were no cars ahead of or behind me. And 2) I am not one of those people who take forever to order. Well get to the window, get my order and leave. Turns out my order was wrong, of course. Chicken was obviously old and dried out. Biscuit was hard. With that being said...why even call to say my order was wrong or go back? This location used to be fantastic. The past few months the quality of the food has sucked and seems to get worse every single visit. I'm sure they have had staffing changes. The newer employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Don't make your customers feel like they are bothering you simply because they pulled up to order. Or if you hate your job that bad...just go find a new one. I definitely won't be go back to that particular location for awhile. I really don't see how they can stay open between the employee's attitudes and the...
Read moreUsually this location is relatively good at what they do. However, today 3/7/17, my father and I entered the building and got in line behind one other gentleman... After approx 90 sec. We decided to go to the restroom and clean up. Did so, and returned to the line behind the same gentleman. As we stood there it was apparent the he may have been a regular or had developed a dialogue with the lady at the register who was the "shift supervisor" according to her name tag. They laughed and bantered back and forth for approx 4 min while other's began to line up behind us. The gentleman acknowledged that he was holding up the line and the shift lead called to another young lady who then came and the banter continued. Ultimately, after a combined 7 min in line behind one customer, my father and I left. Seeing this happen and the direction the situation was going, the other folks decided to leave as well. All in all there were at least 5 paying customers lost due to lack of prioritization and ultimately general manners and interpersonal skills. Truly...
Read moreWe got the chicken and waffles and ordered a side to go with them. The sign on the menu said "Add a side for $1.00". We were charged $2.49 for each side. I told an employee and asked who I needed to speak to about it. She went and got a supervisor who told me he didn't think what we got "qualified" for that offer but said he would check. He left and returned a moment later and said he tried but the register wouldn't let him do it. I reminded him that it was right there on the menu board but he said if the register wouldn't let him do it then there was nothing he could do.
I went back to my seat where I realized that we didn't get any syrup. I didn't bother bringing that up though. I figured if he wouldn't fix the overcharge he probably wouldn't give me any syrup.
By the way, I have a photo of the sign on the menu - if you're interested.
Oh, and the chicken tenders were dried out...
