Second time this season I have had a problem. First time manager fixed it but this time i had gone to get my free cone on the app. that i just downloaded today. I get there ordered a blizzard and bring up the app. for my free small cone. The app said its unavailable so the girl behind the counter said I guess it ended earlier today. She obviously didnt have a clue. So I was like whatever she brings the blizzard and it was peanut butter. We ordered mint chocolate chip with oreo. So I said this isnt what I ordered so she looks at her list and said oh sorry. I thought she was going to make the right 1 so she brings a cone with rainbow jimmies. I said I did not order that so she said well what did you order then?? I tell her she walks away and some other girl brought the mint blizzard no cookies and way to much mint barely mixed. At that point I just got also got a small twist in a cup. My daughter was completely aggravated now, so that was fine but dont just walk away and leave your error for someone else to deal with.
