Cimi’s Mexican Food isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full-on flavor experience that’ll make your taste buds throw a fiesta of their own. From the moment you walk in, the smell of sizzling fajitas and fresh tortillas hits you like a warm hug from abuela herself.

The enchiladas suizas? Absolute perfection. Creamy, tangy tomatillo sauce draped over tender chicken, bubbling cheese on top — every bite is like being wrapped in a cheesy, dreamy blanket of happiness. And don’t even get me started on the fajita burrito… it’s basically a masterpiece the size of your forearm, stuffed with perfectly grilled veggies and juicy steak that tastes like it came straight off a street cart in Mexico City.

The portions are HUGE (seriously, bring a friend or just prepare to take home a second meal), but somehow you’ll find yourself polishing off the plate because it’s that good. The salsa is fresh, zesty, and has just the right kick, and the chips? Dangerously addictive.

Cimi’s isn’t just serving food — they’re serving love on a plate. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This is hands-down the best Mexican spot in town, the kind of place you tell your friends about and then immediately regret because now the line will be longer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent $40.00 on two awful chicken chimichangas with no cheese on top and the inside was worst the chicken had no seasoning, onions, or cheese but there was a tablespoon of beans. Since we placed the order to go, we asked to place the sour cream, salad, and guacamole in a separate container, however they placed the sour cream in one container and the salad guacamole in another. And of course they charged us an extra dollar for each container when they could have used just one container. Worst Mexican food we have ever had. Would rather go hungry than eat there ever again. Going to call management and see what they are going to do for us. Might call my credit card company and refute the charges from the terrible...

The staff was very friendly and got us seated quickly. They were kind and cheerful through our whole dining experience. The place is very dark and looks a bit dirty. There is a lot of grime on the walls and looks a bit disorderly. The food was not very good. The French fries came out cold and tasted like they were fried in old oil. The Mac and cheese was just boxed Mac and cheese. I’m 99% sure the chile in the chile relleno was canned. The sauce for the enchilada also tasted canned. The pinto beans were good though.
