LaGondola Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Morton

Our company ordered and confirmed an order 3 times and told them the exact time that we would arrive. I get to the establishment 5 minutes early and they look at me and wonder who I am or why I am there when I told them my company's name. They found the order and told me it would be ready soon and blamed the night crew for not reminding them of the order. I got everything and left, but when I asked for clarification on what went wrong they told me it wasn't their fault and it was the night crew's problem. My co-workers go in to discuss a billing issue today and the staff, mainly Micki was just as rude to them. I was called, "that one kid" apparently. Let me just say this, "That one Kid" who ate at your restaurant once-twice a week for the past 6 months won't be back. Start treating people better especially the people that visit you frequently and pay a good price for your food. I'll go down the street and give more deserving people my money...

Very disappointed in the treatment at trying to make our catering order correct. They overcharged us, but then were mad when asked to correct it. They wanted to know who told us the price. Good thing we took notes, and were able to tell them. Also on the day of our catering order, they had forgotten our order. Thankfully we were 10 minutes early to pick it up, because they needed that time to put it together for the 30+ people we had attending a meeting. Swung by to grab a bite for lunch. Nice little place, has about 7 or so booths to dine in. I ordered the tuna melt, it's was okay. They use a tuna salad with all the trimmings vs just tuna, so it had a little more 'flair' and crunch than I was expecting, but was still good and covered in a heafty amount of cheese. Family also got the pizza bread, that also come covered in cheese and was good. I didn't have it this time, but in the past have gotten their pasta and garlic bread and is really good, I like what they do with their sauce, has a good flavour to it! Will def swing by again...
