Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Moscow

After having been out of the country for close to two decades, Chuck-Fil-A is my favourite fast food place. I’ve always been treated kindly, professionally (without sounding like it’s something the HAVE to do, but rather genuine kindness, respect and fantastic customer service…without exception in the visits I’ve made at various Chick-Fil-A since I returned to America in 2010. If you’ve not had the opportunity to visit one of their locations, I would suggest you give them a try. They have a nice variety of choices and all of the locations I’ve been to shows their attention to serious matters such as keeping their restaurants clean and very welcoming. This even includes their toilets…bathrooms. I live in LaCrosse, WA. The closest location to me is on the University of Idaho about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours from my home. Very much worth the drive. I hope you’re able to try them out as I highly doubt you’ll have any regrets or disappointments. Also, their app is nice to have on my iPhone X, and I’m confident their app on the Android based system is ever bit as good. This is the worst location I have ever been too. food was barely lukewarm, service was incredible slow when I ordered one item with no line. This is the only chick fil a I have been too with miserable employees. I asked the cashier for a sauce I didn’t know they didn’t carry here and instead of informing me of such she charged me for sauce and told me after the fact all they could give me was ranch. This place would be better off replaced with any other food establishment honestly. I get it’s on a campus but as a student myself who has to work at the same time there is no excuse to be so terrible at your job. Want to drive down from Spokane to the Chick-fil-A in Moscow? First, drive all the way to Moscow. Next, try to find the place (hint, there are no signs). When Google Maps gets you onto a half-street/half-sidewalk in the middle of the U of I campus, ask a passing pedestrian. They will say its in that building. Next, you'll need to turn around and leave the area to find where you can obtain a mandatory visitor's parking permit ($100 fine if you don't).
