Red Star Coffee Company — Restaurant in Moscow

It was my first time going to this coffee stop. Although I enjoyed the drink, the service could use some improvement :( We pulled up in the drive thru and we immediately greeted and helped by a barista. The second barista that came to the window was less than pleasant. I asked for a few espresso shots blended with ice and she told me they couldn't make that because they didn't have a recipe for it. I was confused because I was only asking for 2 ingredients.... espresso shots and ice? Since it was my first time there, I asked if they had a blender. She proceeded to tell me that they did, but they couldn't make it for me because they didn't have a recipe. Although I was confused, I moved along and asked for another drink. I then heard the same barista that just informed me they couldn't make the drink talking about the situation to another person in the back that was out of view. She was mocking me for asking if they had a blender. I felt extremely uncomfortable even accepting a drink from this place of business after that. To top it off, she didn't make the drink I did order correctly or charge it correctly. The first barista I talked to delivered the drink...

Red Star, more like 5 Star! The coffee is superior to any other drive up coffee stand in Moscow, so if you're interested in actual quality espresso, I recommend Red Star. I really appreciate the wide variety of drinks Red Star has to offer. They can accommodate pretty much anything you're in the mood for, they include a list of all of their flavors for you to consider while you wait in line (which is rarely a wait longer than 5 minutes) and they offer flavors no one else in town does (such as cucumber or huckleberry, which are very refreshing in their signature Red Bull Bombers). I really enjoy their employees and they're always in a positive mood. I always feel harassed by the employees at Dutch Bros. They lean in my car, blast terrible music and yell at me over the loud music. The girls at Red Star are far more genuine, respectable and pleasant. I only say that because Dutch Bros is a competitor of Red Star's, so if you're trying to decide between the two, please go to Red Star. Plus you'll be supporting a local business.

How do I even begin with Redstar Coffee Company! If I could leave 10 stars I would! They have a great menu of amazing drinks! Best coffee stand in the Northwest! I go through the stand almost daily and each day I am greeted with kindness and a smile! The baristas at redstar are so great at what they do that they even happen to remember my order when I come through. Special shout-out to Emilee! She is always so kind and always asks how my day is going! She has a great attention to detail and makes my order out of this world!
