From my experience Mexican food carts are hit miss. Usually it’s a miss. Not this time. I ordered the burrito a customized way and it’s so good. It tastes better than a lot of dine in restaurants I’ve been to. Very flavorful, large portion, perfectly spiced, not drippy or runny, thank you so much for the good food. My husband and I were so hungry after a concert at The Gorge and found El Pollo Flaco and had our minds blown. We were met by a very friendly gentleman who asked how are day was going. We both ordered the Cholo Burrito and he brought it out to our car.
