I DNT WANT TO GIVE A STAR AT ALL..! OWNER PLEASE READ..! I went to this espresso shop today I ordered one 32 oz twisted amigo with the first girl paid for it then ordered another one right away another girl helped.. When i paid the girl.(daughter of owner i believe) she charged me again for the first drink when i told her i paid for IT ALREADY she TURNED AND asked the first girl WHO I PAID WITH A 20 AND GOT BACK 12.25., she said i didnt pay..! I did the math for both girl and showed them the 5 that was left over from the 20 That i used to pay the first one and she was so rude about it I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I GAVE HER ANOTHER 20 BECUZ I WASNT GOING TO WASTE MT TIME FIGHTING OVER SOMETHING THAT DID NOT NEED TO BE ARGUED ABOUT..!I LOVED THIS SHOP BECUZ THE TWISTED AMIGO.. My dad was in the hospital passing away, so I drove in from Spokane to be with my mom for a week. My mom and dad were regulars. I came through one of the mornings to get my mom's order and one of the girls recognized her order and asked how she was doing. I filled her in as to what was going on and she expressed her condolences. I thought it was very sweet of her to recognize an order and ask how she was. I also loved the coffee! Dutch Bros has nothin on Simply Divine, doesn't even come close...

The service isn't very good and the staffs not friendly. I have been going here for a long time and things have changed. They've cut back on their syrups and charge you extra if you need more, even when the drink doesn't taste correct. They quit filling the cups full also, when your spending 6-7$ for a drink every bit counts. My husband and friends have said the same, so I know I am not the only one who feels this way.
