I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Motley, MN, and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exceptional service. The staff here really know how to make you feel welcome.

The menu offers a great variety of treats, but I was particularly impressed with the Blizzard selection. I tried the Oreo Blizzard, and it was mixed to perfection, with just the right amount of crunch and creamy goodness in every bite. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, exactly what you’d hope for from Dairy Queen.

Aside from the delicious treats, the location itself is spotless and well-maintained. The seating area is comfortable and clean, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your dessert. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, which made my visit all the more enjoyable.

What truly sets this Dairy Queen apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. They were courteous, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

Well, problems with the staff! My wife was there just an hour ago and was treated very rudely and with poor business etiquette. My wife ordered a "Twisty Misty." She pulled up and they tried handing her a Frosty. The attendant said a Misty has ice cream. My wife said no that's a Frosty and can't have it because she goes into anaphylaxis if she has any dairy. My wife asked for the manager and she came and started arguing with my wife saying that she ordered a Frosty. Which she didn't and can't have it. My wife said fine I'll just give it to my husband because I can't have it. Then the manager got rude and said no ill make you a misty but I wont fix this for you again. And the manager said it's my wife's fault. Now my wife says she'll never go there again because of how rudely she was treated by the manager. I also have been treated rude by the manager. She has treated me like I'm stupid for asking any questions. Good food but don't expect them to treat you nice if there's a problem even when...

We ordered two blizzards. One of them was supposed to be chocolate peanut butter. When we got the blizzard the chocolate was barely mixed in and the peanut butter was a core in the middle. We did not order a blizzard with a core. There was a woman at the cash register trying to help the young man that was putting the order in. When we tried to interrupt to correct the order she stopped us and said I need to make sure he gets this one right before we take the next order. So when we got the blizzard with the core we took it back in explained it wasn't right. We initially asked for a bigger cup to put it in so we can mix it up later. The young men at the counter said no no there's a core in that. We said that's not what we ordered they continue to argue about the core so we just sat it on the counter and left. As we left one of the young men said what was that all about? They still didn't understand that we never ordered a blizzard...
