Dollar General — Local services in Motley

My brief visit to this store was entirely positive. Tourist here! I stopped in for allergy medicine and ponchos for the rain. The helpful employee greeted me as I entered the store. I was guided to exactly what I was looking for, and then she helped another customer at checkout. She returned to me and showed me where to find ponchos. The store was clean, staff was friendly, and I appreciate how late they're open!

Highly unprofessional staff. I went in to buy a pregnancy test (wanting to be discreet about it) and the cashier loudly asked in front of an entire line of customers if I was hoping to be pregnant or if I was scared. I felt like telling her it was none of her business, she made me feel very uncomfortable. They should bring back self checkouts so people don’t have to tell their entire life stories to the cashier. I won’t be coming to this...

This store is nice to have close by. The employees are super friendly. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! The shelves are stocked and the store is super clean. I can even find some healthy food here too. When I just need a few things, I go here instead of the half hour to Walmart. It's a little more expensive, but gas is expensive and makes it cheaper in the long run.
