Kumo Sushi & Hibachi — Restaurant in Moultrie

I've been here several times. You go in & order at the desk. Everything here is self serve. After you order & pay, you'll fix your drink & get any sauses you may need/want. They aren't labeled but that would be helpful and then pick your place to sit. The food is brought to you and it's always hot & fresh. I really enjoy the food here, but this last time wasn't as good as the first times. The bathroom has always appeared clean and the restaurant in general all appears clean, but the tables always feels sticky. I know it's just the way those types of tables always feels and not necessarily anything on them. It's either the material used for the table or cleaner used to clean them. The dish I ordered was somewhat good. The noodles, sauce and veggies were good. The chicken was cooked so hard it was dry. The dish my husband ordered was the same way. The shrimp and chicken was cooked hard and dry. The rice, veggies and sauce was good.The flavor was cooked out of the meat. We asked for the meat to be cooked soft but it still came out hard. I've asked several times for them to stop putting hot food on top of my to go sushi. It ruins it. Raw tuna doesn't need to be half cooked. It turns rubbery and inedible. Please stop putting raw sushi in the same bag as scorching hot hibachi. By the time you pick your order up, the sushi has been under the hot food over 5 minutes....
