I have no clue what’s going on at this place but the manger instigates any problems. The short girl at the window with the over bite has the worst attitude and doesn’t need to work in the front or in any customer service job dealing with people at all. This same girl over the summer cussed out a door dash driver inside the restaurant. Y’all really need to go view and listen to the short girl and the girl in the picture provided talking horrible about customers at 7:15:20 PM 4/8/2024 Employee Hiddekel b I’ve lived here my whole life and was embarrassed for my kids tonight. So after the two girls at the window in the front kept on your back kitchen staff then joined in on speaking rude loudly for the whole restaurant to hear for NO reason except to follow the lead of the short girl causing drama as she did over the summer. “About 45 more minutes” replied the cook to the girl in the picture. I never spoke on the time at all, all told them was they needed to be quiet in the back after they all started in on me and laughing at the cooks jokes bec they didn’t know what was said or done at the window. Its horrible. And needs to be listened to on camera audio from tonight. New night management is absolutely needed and the short girl needs to go at the window who also cussed the door dash lady out. I'm a big fan of Zaxby's, but I don't always have time to wait in line. That's why I love their online order pickup option. It's so convenient to be able to place my order ahead of time and then just pick it up when I'm ready.

The process is really easy. I just download the Zaxby's app and create an account. Then, I can browse the menu and add my favorite items to my cart. I can also customize my order by adding or removing toppings, sauces, and sides.

Once I'm done ordering, I can choose a pickup time. I usually pick up my order within 30 minutes of placing it. When I arrive at the restaurant, I just show the cashier my order confirmation number and they'll hand it over to me.

I've never had a problem with the online order pickup process at Zaxby's. My food is always ready on time and it's always hot and fresh. I also love that I can earn rewards points for every order I place.

I went to zaxbys today for lunch and ordered 30 something dollars worth of food upon receiving my food wich they brought out to my car I didn't have everything I asked for so I asked the lady with my 7 yr old in thr car and I get the 2 extra sauces I asked for she went in the store and told her manager that I cursed her out with did not happen at all with my 7 yr old in the car so the girl never bought me my sauce so I went in and that's when thd manager confronts me a acting cursing is not allowed I explained to her that I didn't curse no one an she was lying the manager was like she's only 16 and I said my baby is only 7 yr old and I didn't curse no one I got my sauce walked out the store and contacted corporate office bc here I am being blamed for something I know I didn't do Before leaving the store parking lot I sat there and I'm writing this review Be aware of the employees they lie so quick corporate off will call me back and when they do I will file another complaint against them Never again bc next time I bet I start recording conversations even when ordering so I can play them back to them...
