Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Moultrie

I had to change my review because of the events this morning. We pulled up to an almost deserted drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker (no employees were standing out to assist). The attendant was extremely hard to understand and hear through the speaker. We pulled up to the window to receive our five beverages. To our surprise they were lacking in supplies, like McDonald's; there were no cup holders. We pulled up, excitedly, to wait for our order. To our surprise, they gave us no straws, my husband had to get out of our vehicle and retrieve straws from the drive thru window. Our food was partially wrapped! Our autistic son was questioning the consumption of his food. We loved Chick-fil-A! Now, they have the environment of "they will hire anyone", and no one has the professional training and courtesy as they used to. Employees were standing around inside the restaurant picking at their hands and looking clueless. The manager that brought our food to us had no emotion with a scowl on her face. A year ago, this particular Chick-fil-A was blossoming! Today, we felt as if we were living in the 'ghetto', in Queens, New York, at a 'ghetto' rip off of Chick-fil-A. If I wanted a knock-off of Chick-fil-A I would move back to the ghetto. The service is not worth spending money. My family and I are disappointed. We will not be returning anytime soon. I think we will go to Thomasville, GA, or Valdosta, GA. for some fresh fast food chicken. The service determines the feel of the atmosphere and the enjoyment of the food. The food category received two stars because the milkshakes were spot on! Would not recommend...

All of their food is delicious. Their employees are very friendly. They do a great job cleaning tables. They have a wonderful manager who does it right. Their bathrooms are good. Last but not least, they do a mind-blowingly great job with their drive through. It's insanely efficient. Very busy with happy customers left and right. Once in a blue moon they might confuse an order, but it's usually because they have a new employee. They have a great play area for kids. They could use better signage for the mobile order pickup shelf that is located on the right around the corner when you walk in. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is extraordinarily healthy for a fast food restaurant. Real food. They smile very often which can be hard when you have a tough life. Just to make sure that you know that they are happy to serve you, they always say, "My pleasure" after...

I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for the past eight years, going anywhere from two to four times a week, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. My order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious—something that’s hard to find at many fast-food restaurants.

What truly sets this location apart, though, is the incredible customer service. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations, and this is by far one of the best. The employees know their customers by name, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. The management team is among the best in the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that guests always leave happy. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality keep me coming back week after week.
